Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

I have literally just downloaded it and am still setting it up for the free 7 day trial but I wanted to check that it would issue gift cards in £ instead of $ (as I couldn't see an option to change the currency), so I sent a message to Ari and he responded within seconds! He confirmed that yes, it would automatically send in the currency set up in my Shopify site. So it's good to know help is so readily available for people like me who don't really know what they're doing!

Gift Wizard has been a great partner for us in gifting through our site because our products require sizing selected by the recipient. They worked with us to translate the app and all emails to work fluidly with our customers and drive a differentiated experience on our site! Great and fast customer service! Definitely recommend!!

This app provides everything we needed, without the need to upgrade our Shopify plan! Better and cheaper than the out-of-the-box Shopify giftcard feature. After initial setup we had a few questions and received truly great support. Ari even called me to assist us in customizing the app to our needs and made changes into our Shopify code to fulfill our needs. One small suggestion for improvement in a future release: it would be nice, if the "powered by gift wizard" could be removed so customers don't see it in our store. I can recommend this app to everyone with "gift" needs in Shopify. A great app with a great support team!

My name is Justin and I'm a theme developer. I've spent a lot of time on researching for the right gift card solution. I think GiftWizard is by far the best one on the app store. I should probably start with the fact that the user interface of the dashboard is not good enough and they need to improve this part (Mark from their team said it is going to happen soon). Having said that, it's not just REALLY good for sales, but also for marketing - their tools allow you to send gift cards to customers and help you to bring them back to the store. It helped my clients to ramp up their gift card program.

It´s a really nice app to give the people the opportunity to gift the people they love. i am using it on my store at https://metal-gods.myshopify.com. really hoping it increase my sales.

Great app that offers a feature we think our customers will love and respond to. App integrated well with the theme and Ari was extremely responsive when we needed some guidance, even meeting a couple of custom needs quickly. Received the first gift order the same day we activated the app. Very happy with both the app and the excellent customer service!

I have been doing a complex Shopify setup for a national food brand. They wanted to expand their bacon of the month services. And, allow customers to gift orders to third party recipients. We made over $10,000 in just a few weeks of using Gift Wizard. Like any app, there are sometimes kinks to work out. Off all the third party apps I installed in Shopify, ONLY Gift Wizard called me when I had an issue. Ari really cares. The product is outstanding. You can even send out cards (Example $10), to any subset of emails you desire. The cards only get transferred into Shopify when they are redeemed. I have 20 years experience in ecommerce software development. By far the best app I installed for my client. It is going to make my client happy. GREAT JOB GIFT WIZARD? And, especially Ari. You rock. If you want to sell online subscriptions, gift cards, or the ability to gift sales items to others, this is the app to us. They are also making it better all the time.

Gift Wizard is great + easy to use.. I think it will easily pay for itself over the next month. I had trouble sending complimentary cards to customers, and Ari jumped on a call with me within 24 hours of emailing about the issue. Super awesome!
