You must get this app for your store! Looks absolutely professional on my site. Simply amazing support by Ari. He goes above and beyond to ensure your are satisfied with their service. Had a bit of confusion at first, but Ari immediately resolved the issue. Thanks for such a wonderful app and fantastic customer service. You rock Ari! Keep up the great work.

GiftWizard is the best app we found on Shopify for gifts and/or gift cards. Just what I needed to create better gifting experience for customers and more sales. This is a very powerful app that is excellent value for money. GiftWIzard delivers on many levels and is overall a superb product. Also - great service! Tech supports responds quickly and they're very helpful. I have worked with Ari throughout the entire process of adding and installing GiftWIzard on our upcoming site. No brainer for businesses large or small. Recommend + + +

UPDATE: Since writing my 1 star review just a few days ago, I have received 2 emails asking me to change/delete my review. Instead, I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Regarding my issue on not responding to my email, they kept telling me that they were "too busy". Not my problem, and to be CLEAR, i was mad that he responded to my email 2 days after I sent it, not answering any of my questions. They did offer me a free subscription or something of that nature which I do not want since I found another app that only costs $7 a month and they set everything up for me just hours after installing it. I appreciate the offers, but asking someone to delete their review is unfair and to be honest pretty unprofessional.. And using the same "too busy" excuse over & over again is annoying. Maybe this app is good for other businesses but it's just not for me. This is how I feel, this is my opinion. Everyone has a different opinion. I would appreciate it if I did not receive any more emails after this. This review is for their horrendous customer service. I downloaded the app and am so confused about pricing, what the app offers and how it works. I figured I would just get the app then email them asking my questions since everyone says they are "sooo great with helping" ya right. I emailed Ari, asked 3 different questions and he responded a day later (which is way too long to wait) literally not answering any of them. I told him to re read my email and answer my questions since you literally didn't answer any of them. Now i have not heard back since. So annoyed since I wanted to get the gift cards out and on the site for holiday season. But now i am just going to cancel this overpriced app and download another one I have found. I wouldnt be surprised if i got a response to my email tomorrow after they see this review. over the app. 1 star is too much.

The features and process of this app could be made more clear / explicit, but after a few back and forth communications with Ari (and Mark), who were both helpful and easy to reach, I find it to be very good and easy to use. Strongly recommend!

Gift Wizard is super easy to add on to your store and we've seen a lot of people picking up extra products so they can gift them. Ari has been wonderful whenever we have had questions. Customer service is awesome! Highly recommend.

AMAZING TO WORK WITH! Ari is wonderful and so accommodating, amazing app, amazing customer service!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE The app is great BUT what makes a great app, GREAT customer service... The app has so many features, customizable and easy to work with.... the installation was easy due to Ari and my Guru from Shopify! I don't know a lot about working code and working with the apps and that is why I would recommend this one! Thank you, Ari for all your amazing HELP! We will talk again soon :) :)

I am not technical at all and was having trouble getting things set up properly. Pretty much all of it was user error on my part. Ari spent all morning working with me and answering my questions and helping me edit things with lots of patience. If you want a gift card app with great customer service, this is the one.

Very helpful app! Does a nice job at making products instantly available as gifts. Sounds like they are adding more features that are coming out this week which we will use right away.

Ari's service is the best I have seen with any app, and his problem-solving skills are incredible. feels like i have another staff member on my team with him by email. the product is great too as it helps capture those last-minute shoppers for the holidays, and i think it will have many uses throughout the entire year as well. 5/5, my experience so far has been awesome

I made a mistake with my selection of the wrong plan for my company and I didn't realise until payment had been made. ARI from Gift Wizard was so quick to help me with my problem and sort it all out. This app makes it easy for visitors to send your products as gifts, which in turn boosts sales. The GiftWizard support has been stellar, the installation was quick and the features work smoothly.

I love this app, it is perfect to give customers the option to send something as a gift and not only that, but the gift recipient can customize the gift before we ship it (which for us is great, because our items are all handmade by my husband and we need the correct wrist size, for instance). And now, with the addition of Gift Cards, it is even more amazing. Especially since Christmas is approaching, it gives us an even better chance to increase sales.
