I am so impressed with the customer service from this app. Liam was so patient and helpful. As I told him, I make great soap but the inner workings of SEO and ADA are a foreign language to me. He helped to fix the errors and get my score boosted.

You all are amazing! I love being able to see what I need to so and the score challenges me to to make my store better. However, I didn't know how to make it better (I'm know coder). But Tapita support is fixing it for me which takes a HUGE amount of stress off of me. Thank you!

Tapita has been a game-changer for our store. The app is super easy to use - bulk editing saved us hours of work, and our site speed improved noticeably within days. I have used it twice, and chatted with Anna and Liam. They were both great help. My situation is not done yet, but now I know it will be taken care of. I work in Tech Support for a medical company and know that great service goes along way. So hands down to Anna and Liam. Tapita has great Customer Service.
