Hasta el momento, tanto la app como el servicio de ayuda, merecen 5 estrellas. La app me parece bastante intuitiva y muy completa. Cuando necesité ayuda, el servicio de asistencia fue increible y me ayudaron inmediatamente, explicándome todo paso a paso de una manera muy sencilla y práctica.

It is better than the previous one I tried. The best part of my experience was having support from Ms. Krystal who patiently walked me through what I needed to do very patiently. Without her, it would have been painful. I really appreciate her help today>

Ik ben nu 2x echt super goed geholpen. Laatste keer door Krystal. Meteen reactie en alles wordt voor je opgelost. Soms moet je zelf iets aanpassen/verbeteren maar dan krijg je daar een overzichtelijk stappenplan voor. Verder zijn ze enorm vriendelijk en denken ze met je mee. Na de chat krijg je deze ook nog gemaild. Echt super service!!
