VERY IMPRESSED! I started using the free plan and was really impressed with how much help was available. I have now upgraded to a paid plan for a long term SEO assistance and have to really recommend this app. It is very easy to use and i was able to fix issues i was not aware i even had.

Excellent service client, même en version gratuite ! Ils savent vraiment vous dépanner quand il le faut, avec rapidité et efficacité. C’est rare de trouver un support aussi réactif sans avoir à payer un abonnement premium. Je recommande vivement ce logiciel pour les PME : simple, fiable et parfaitement adapté aux besoins des petites, moyennes et grandes structures. Un vrai allié au quotidien !

We are still testing the Tapita app and its features. Nevertheless, I have to say that we have requested technical support from the employees multiple times, and it has always been a pleasant experience. The team was very polite, helpful and solved everything quickly.
