Have had amazing customer service from Anna at Tapita. Would highly recommend! She went above and beyond to help with errors which should be my responsibility, but she helped anyway. Thank you!

Great support, they are very responsive and will try and solve your issues. I have just downloaded the app so have a lot of questions to ask. Great job so far!

App is a little slow but it makes it up with features. Plans are well priced and the support is friendly. once u get to know the app a little its really easy to work with and a lot of help!

Early stages of using the app, but so far they have been above and beyond helpful. I am a complete novice at SEO so having the guidance and help that this app offers has been invaluable. I don't have time to learn how to make SEO work for me, so this app takes that off of my to do list.

We just downloaded Tapita, so this review is based on limited use of the app. That said, so far the customer support team has been super helpful. Looking forward to digging in a bit more about ways to improve our SEO and I'm sure the customer service team will be there when needed.

I installed the app to use in my store to help me with the SEO issues I was having. I received support from Anna who was very supportive in helping me to increase my store ratings which was very, very, very low. She helped me throught the fixes as well as the tech team. I must say of all the other support SEO apps I have looked into, Tapita was the most helpful, and I am giving them a 10 star, because 5 is too low of a score. I would recommend anyone running an ecommerce store to use this app, as service is awesome and takes a lot of pressure and time off you to go through huge amonts of products as i have in my store. Thank you Tapita and Anna for your awesome and efficient app to help SEO optimization.

I just started using Tapita SEO and their AI Blog Builder apps. Have had great technical support with SEO errors, setup and blog review. Highly recommend both apps on ease of use and their tech support is fantastic!
