Perfect! I downloaded the app, ran a scan and immediately got help with fixing all the critical errors. I had to grant store access and support went in and fixed my issues and removed the access. I believe his name was Liam. I didn't expect immediate help so this was a nice surprise. He even removed some old code another app had left behind that was slowing the site down. All this was free, I have not upgraded yet because I wanted to try it out first. I will be upgrading. Thank you!

I was showing errors on my site that were hindering my SEO score and search engine performance. I am not computer literate by any means. I reached out for help and was guided by Lani with information that was clear and effective. I also have H1 issues that they are going to fix for me. I was using another SEO app but canceled them because i was getting minimal help and sometimes none at all. The app was also way to complicated. I highly recommend using this app as it is very user friendly and the support is exceptional. Thank you so much for the help and support. So glad i found this app.

I had used the free version in the past. It was a great experience. I was talked into using another optimizer app for Shopify. After a month of using that app, I became frustrated with the complexity. I switched back Tapita's paid plan and couldn't be happier with the ease of use and most importantly, the level of customer support!!

WOW well what can i say, i had an issue where another app had sabotaged me and "coded out" all my meta data so they were not appearing at all, the customer service agent helped solve the issue really faster and want polite, and even gave me a lifetime discount and then fixed an unrelated issue for me without me asking. I think i have now finally found my go to SEO app, becareful which apps you install guys because when you leave or unistall they can leave you with big problems.
