I can't say enough good things about the support I received from Krystal on the Tapita: SEO Optimizer & Speed team! All the problems resulting on the Audit, Crystal was incredibly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me optimize my site. Every step of improving my SEO rankings and website speed was clearly explained, with practical solutions tailored to my needs and I', thinking on buy the subscription to keep improve the remaining problems indicated by the audit!

I'm a new user, knows nothing about SEO. There are so many SEO apps to select from..... but I'm glad to have engaged Tapita SEO & Speed. While rectifying my website issue, I encountered numerous issues which I can't resolved. However to my surprise, with just a click, I managed to get help from a Tapita support personnel, Liam. He is patient, knowledgeable & quick to response. Without me asking much, he offered to help me resolve more issues than what I've enquired. That was a pleasant surprise. Now I'm convinced that I'm in good hands with Tapita!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would give! I had a very professional assistance and support from Lani and I can only say that, this app deserve more than my "Thank you". I downloaded this app after spending hours attempting to do SEO on my newly launched online dress shop. I spent hours watching videos on SEO for beginners and it felt like an endless task to do it myself. This app does what takes me hours to do in a matter of minutes. The live chat has been amazing. Anytime I have issues with the website I get on the chat and receive instant answers. The company has fixed errors with my site. My site has not been receiving traffic. Through this app and speaking with someone on chat I realized Google had not indexed my website. Tapita uploaded my site map for me and told me to check the index report in 7 to 10 business days. It’s only been about 2 days and already my pages are starting to become indexed. This app does what Shopify experts do for a fraction the cost. It’s also safe because you don’t run the risk of getting scammed. This app is amazing.

Tapita support services have been amazing. I wasn't fully optimising the capabilities of the app and the contact I spoke with spent time to talk me through what I needed to update and do to improve my SEO score. I recommend this app if you want to fix and improve your SEO.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Krystal. She was very responsive and quick to acknowledge my concerns and offer solutions. As I had just signed up to the platform Krystal demonstrated a strong understanding of SEO principles and speed optimization techniques, which reassured me that my site was in good hands. The step by step explanation of the fixes applied , were easy to follow for someone without extensive technical knowledge. The solutions were implemented promptly and I saw improvements immediately with my SEO matrix.

I can´t thank enough the support and help received. I connected through the live chat and Liam was so kind of helping me with my SEO errors, going above and beyond and even helping me to get to 92% score in one session. Relly good support service!!! I would really recommend this app!
