Just got this app, and I'm very happy with everything so far. I ended up upgrading from the free plan to speed things up a bit and I love that the pricing is reasonable compared to other apps. You get a lot of features included in the free plan as well! Amazing customer service and super fast respons-rate! If there's anything, they are happy to help.

Had great support from Mike. Been using Tapita for a few months now and appreciate the value for money for what I get against SEO optimisation, speed, photo compressing etc Had some critical issues with my SEO and Mike was very kind enough to jump on it to help resolve my issues as part of the service. He provided guidance on how to get connected and boom, he was off to the fix. On boarding is very smooth and very good support. In the first hour they have already fixed my facion, google tag, and duplicate H1 problem for me. This would have taken a lot of time for me and support did it very quickly for me. I will see how well it increases my SEO and visibility on google, but good value at start!

Outstanding SEO app and truly exceptional support from Anna Tapita has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my Shopify store. I installed the app a bit confused at first (it even showed in Russian on my end), but Anna from Tapita Support immediately stepped in on live chat and guided me through everything with so much patience and kindness. She helped me switch the app to English, re-scanned my SEO, and clearly walked me through the issues that were affecting my store’s visibility and score. It never felt rushed or “copy-paste” – every explanation was tailored to my exact situation and knowledge level, which made a huge difference. From there, Anna really went above and beyond typical app support. She requested access only when necessary and then got to work fixing real problems on my site. She created and uploaded my favicon, resized it correctly, and even updated my theme code so that the logo can appear properly on Google once the site is re-crawled. I had tried to fix this several times before and nothing worked, but she identified the exact issue with how Shopify handles favicon sizes and solved it for me. She then helped me understand duplicate meta descriptions, why each page needs a unique title and description, and how this affects what customers see in Google search results. Her explanations turned something that felt overwhelming into something I now feel confident managing myself. The part that impressed me the most was the Google Tag Manager help. I had already tried multiple times with a Google Ads specialist to get my tag working correctly and still couldn’t get it installed. Anna patiently guided me to find the correct GTM container ID and then manually added the head and body codes into my theme for me. She double-checked everything, explained what GTM is in simple terms, and completely removed a headache I had been struggling with for a long time. This alone would have been worth a 5-star review. On top of all that, Anna reviewed other SEO issues like missing H1s, alt text, and external links, and offered to escalate my case to their technical team for additional help. She also gave practical advice about meta title length, store name usage, and how to avoid unnecessary warnings in the SEO audit. What stood out is that she never pushed anything aggressively – she explained the pros and cons and always respected my choices (for example, when I decided to keep my store name in the titles). It truly felt like working with a partner who cares about my brand, not just an app trying to tick boxes. Overall, Tapita as an app is powerful, user-friendly, and packed with features for SEO, structured data, and performance, but the real magic for me was the human support behind it. Anna turned what could have been a stressful, technical process into a smooth and even enjoyable experience. I now have my favicon fixed, my logo ready to show correctly on Google, my Google Tag Manager properly installed, and a much better understanding of how to handle my SEO going forward. I’m genuinely grateful for her time and expertise. This is easily a 5-star app and a 5-star support team – highly recommended for any Shopify store owner who wants real help, not just another tool.
