They have outstanding service. They provide help with google merchant service free of charge. Unlike other companies they want to charge you extra fee for a small advice. I have this same company for my other store and I love the app. Very easy to use and very easy to submit your items for advertising and very easy to unpublish items that are not popular sale which saves you time and money.

Perfect app if you want to earn big with Google ads. Also a nice support if you are facing some problems.

I work in the very early hours of the morning and the service is always available, no waiting for support for a long time, or during working hours, its available when I need it and its really quick and very helpful. App offers a lot of settings and features, some of them require going through documentation/YT videos, but once you have it all set up right, you get the reap the benefits. And they have a great support team for any issues or to assist you with the process.

I am very happy working with simprosys now as my google tracking didnt worked at all. Whatever I need or have questions, the whole Simprosys-team is very quick with his support and solves the issues successful. I talked to the Technical Support Representative and he helped me so much with the right setup. I can recommend the App to everyone who faces issues with google tracking.

Great customer service!!! I was on Google APP within Shopify and I was having issues with the Google App not doing what needs to be done . Came to find out this app and it is way more than expected . HIGHLY recommend anyone using this instead of anything else . It just works. Thank you Guys!

I'm just getting to grips with the app as it has a lot of features, so it's early days for me. The support team have been great at helping me sort through the various questions I have and helping get our Google Ads account optimised. On the basis of the support I've had to date and what I hope it can do for us, I would definitely recommend the app.
