Excellent customer service from the Simprosys team - especially Siddharthan. Thank you! For more than a year, I couldn't figure out why my Google Standard Shopping ads weren't getting any conversions. Previously, I was running a very profitable Google Smart Shopping campaign, but Smart Shopping was apparently scrapped by Google. Since then, I've wasted £1000's trying to get them to work. The team at Simprosys looked into it for me and found that I had more than one conversion tracking tag on my store, so it wasn't firing correctly. They have now removed the tags and I'm ready to test a new Standard Shopping Campaign. Fingers crossed it works this time! Thank you to all the team for you help.

This app for Google Shopping Feed is seriously a game-changer! It connects smoothly with Merchant Centre, making bulk edits a breeze. The support team is top-notch, and always there to help. This is absolutely the best app I've ever used to handle Merchant Centre, Adwords, GA4 integration. I've been an Ecommerce Dev for 15 years with both Magento and Shopify and this extension just takes the headache out of all of it. On top of that if you do run into an issue, their support is top notch. We're using this on two stores now. Very happy with it and great pricing also.

It’s a great APP. It’s much easier to use than the official one from Google. It has comprehensive functions, especially the service. It’s so professional. It would be perfect if they could also provide customer service on weekends. Hahaha

They are great and love the experience of their team. Consent mode lost me hundreds of dollars and time. So, big deal - I have now converted all my sites conversion tracking to GA4 instead of an often more reliable Google Ads + Shopify + SImprosys tracking. Why? I don't trust Simprosys to offer reliable Google Shopping Conversion Actions. Consent mode, UI switches that are black (means on), "Needs Attention" on the one goal that is working but Google flags as it's missing "something".
