I got all my account suspend by google merchant. All my google merchant does not work now and when you talk to support, no one is able to help you on the shopify team. Furthermore, it creates new merchant account on google by itself. I am removing it .

I am very frustrated with the Google merchant center. My account gets suspended every time in try to post a product. I have had Shopify for two months with only two sales. Google isn't clear about what misrepresentation mean. I tried to follow the whole list still not difference, watch and tried a whole bunch of YouTube and still in the same place. Not sure what to do now. Please help with some constructive help not any vague details. The suspension still the same.Thanks

Sad to say this app is no longer user friendly. Even with all the errors I was able to at one point fix these errors quite easily. But not anymore. So I have just given up. Not going to hire anyone either. With everything small business owners have to deal with financially it seems like things are getting harder and more expensive for us for no good reason. Shame.

The app looks a bit different from the screenshots included in its app store page. I wanted to access the product list (this is shown in the first screenshot of the app), but there seems no way to open the same product list page.

App is causing major issues when adding new products on shopify. The new products are not being picked up correctly by the app. Only by chance I spotted the issue in the bulk editor (which is a nightmare). I raised a support call with Shopify only to be told it is a google issue and speak to them. Poor show from Shopify. I will be selecting a paid app to manage the interface and may move away from Shopify if the situation does not improve. Please help rather than brush me off.

Meh causes more problems than benefits. I spend countless hours "fixing errors" then I get any benefits from it.

Like the others, we've been using this app for years with no issues, and now, with the update earlier this year, it's challenging to navigate adjusting items for your feed. Bulk editing is excellent, but there needs to be a way to make simple corrections directly within the product. It's ridiculous that we have to navigate out of the product to make a correction for our Google feed. I'm very frustrated with this as we have nearly 40k pieces that change by the season. Yes, my merchant success manager tried to help, we didn't get very far. Still, considering that what Shopify deems our categories should belong in is never anywhere close to where Google actually needs them to be just adds to the chaos. If we give it a few more weeks, Shopify will introduce a new paid app to fix this, as that seems to be what they do. :/

I would give zero stars if it was available. This app made all our products expire on google merchant and then removed them all(over 4000 products). It then just unlinked our account. Now we are trying to have the products added back onto google merchant with no luck. No help from support, nothing is working. No sales for the past 6 days and I do not know how long this will last. It is so frustrating. I hope we can find an alternative soon or else we are screwed.

We've used this channel for years with no issue. As of March 2023, our products have suddenly started expiring and causing errors on paid search. Waiting to hear from Google on this. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Help!

Very complicated. I was getting sales with Google before installing this app. Very frustrating and with a lot of errors that you need to know coding to fix.

Hello, i keep getting error with google merchant. 1 - I am unable to get past this error "54 products didn’t publish to Google View each product to learn how to resolve any errors." 2 - I am also getting this error "Missing value [shipping] in [Shopping_ads] [AU]. Pending initial review in [Shopping_ads] [AU]." Please provide guidance

Like others, over the span of a week, all of our products expired and we ended up with no active items on our Google Merchant account. We tried to solve the issue on our own, not really expecting to succeed, especially after seeing so many similar situations reported in these reviews. We are not sure if it will help anyone else, but we did discover that our primary feed had been deleted. We reconnected that and after 36 hours were very pleasantly surprised to see all of the item were active again.

I have read dozens of complaints about this app. And it is a shame that the issue wrt the interface with the Content API from Google is yet not resolved. There is quite some documentation on the Content API from Google and seems to me that this issue could have been addressed a while ago. Though not sure why it still is not. As a result all my products are rejected on Google Merchant Center!

The Analytics 4 migration instructions are the worst, only possible if you are a developer. I won't recommend any Google products until they massively improve their UX and start catering for users without a coding background.

I had been using this for years, got a notice a little while ago about products expiring, and now all my products are disapproved, has been like that for 3 weeks already. Contacted Shopify Support, they told me to contact Google. Contacted Google, no response. Seems like i am not the only one having this issue, with no where to tuirn for support. No point in having a website if am unable to market the items on Google

I have been using Google Merchant Centre linked to my Shopify store for years and, until recently, it worked ok (with the odd glitch). More recently, however, all my products have expired for no reason, the product pages show that Google feed is not linked with an error message of "Add shipping cost for your product" (even though my shipping options have not changed) and I cannot even link to my existing GMC account through the app. This is not good enough.

No support to assist with usage. Immediately got suspended for misrepresentation and upon trying to do the right thing and fix it was ablsolutely upable to get any form of assistance to find what the issue related to. Given up on google and will use other channels instead. Good to know Google like to support small businesses - Not!!! After such a terrible experience I am looking to move all paid services away from Google now.

I am very disappointed! And now its very difficult to even use when adding products. For some unknown reason Shopify & this Google app had REMOVED the editing metafields from the product page in admin. Do you know what this effects? It makes it almost impossible when you have a product, you have sizes, colors, gender, new/used etc. & when you have to bounce OUT of the product page, go to the app, select all the columns you need that were once on the product page then have to scroll FARR to the right and back left, then have to go back to item you just added to get the size color etc. makes it VERY UNPLEASANT! MAKES ME NOT WANT TO EVEN USE IT ANYMORE! NOT GOOD. So I have to have my website up, go to the products I just posted (which can be many) & a preset page with the columns I need is just ridiculous. Now I have to have 3 different tabs open just to create a product and to use the Google app All I have to say is PUT THE GOOGLE METAFIELDS BACK ON THE PRODUCT PAGE ...please thank you PS. whoever had the bright idea of removing the metafields from the product page, should be fired...& I would sign off on that! KATIE BROWN! & sorry for being so blunt but, this really does create alot of issues, not user friendly anymore. 1/26/2024 update! Still same issues, but now bulk editing load time is basically unusable with over 800 products. I cleared all cache etc, & im on a desktop! The platform needs work on the continuous scroll feature, even from side to side! Plus still, they do not have a sort feature on their bulk edit! So you have to load ALL PRODUCTS to get to the one you need! Unreal! **So please everyone, make this suggestion to fix this via feedback or reviews. Who wants to waste alot of time fiddling with an app just to get your products correct to surface on google!
