Google ads account was suspended after using this app.. no word from google for weeks on what the issue is so can only assume this app had something to do with it. I sell clothing, jewelry and makeup so not sure what would have gone against any policy.

This has been working well then, all of a sudden, all products disappeared from Google Merchant centre. We have spent hours liaising with both Shopify and Google to get the content feed to sync and to correct this issue but nearly a week later no joy. This is the worst support I have had for an app ever! Shopify say Google can correct it and Google say Shopify can correct it. We are losing business the longer this continues. Please somebody take responsibility and sort this mess out urgently. Until then its zero stars from us. UPDATE - 24hrs later still no help or support, still no progress!

Products are not syncing at all. I changed product type in April, and two weeks passed the product type in my merchant center is still the older one. Seems nothing will sync except price and available status. Checked Customer Service and got no helpful advice. Is here any pro to help?

This app has been helpful in creating Smart Shopping Ads for us. However, we have had an error message on Google Merchant Centre displaying "Pre-emptive item disapproval (availability)" every few months, for several years. The service team continuously re-directs the issue to Google but we strongly believe the issue is the mapping of the Availability field. If this gets mapped across correctly, then our feed will reflect our data in Shopify. Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

It would be fine if it didn't always feed the highest shipping price through to google. Mentioned this to shopify but they didn't seem concerned and told me to look for another app.

While the Google Shopping app does use the highest shipping price to the Google Merchant Center, you do have the option to select Manual Shipping Settings. I think this would be a good choice for you, since we don't import any shipping data at this point and you have the chance to set up your data directly in the Google Merchant Center! Horrible customer service it is just a bot that repeats without actually talking to you about why they locked you out. They say payment yet my bank is fine. They offered a offer for 100 for spending 25, and then when i get to the 26 mark they cancel my account?

Terrible app, don't use. There is a reason why it has a 3.6 rating. Even the info on the app doesn't correlate to what is showing on the GMC.

I upload all products to Google shopping and enter the pending list. Several days, some products are moved to an unapproved state. I cancelled the unapproved products. But all the products went into the unapproved state one by one in a few days, I moved all the unapproved products out. I then immediately received a notification that my Google Merchant Center account was blocked. Thank you for wasting my time.

None of my products are approved, even though I've set them as custom and edited google shopping fields. Still no luck, I only have 52 products, so can't understand why it's so difficult uploading them to google shopping

Extremely frustrating app! (1) It overrides my Shipping setup in Google Merchant Center and resets it to blank, yet it doesn't provide the right shipping policy which in my case is simply FREE SHIPPING. There's no way to make sure the FREE SHIPPING policy is entered into the Google Shopping app. There's not even a field to enter it. (2) It triggers Violation of Shopping Ads Policy in Google Merchant Center on some products and not others. (3) Finally, when I contact tech support, I was told that this app is a free app and is not being supported. Very disappointing!!!
