It would be fine if it didn't always feed the highest shipping price through to google. Mentioned this to shopify but they didn't seem concerned and told me to look for another app.

It's important that we hear from our merchants so we can ensure that the products we create for them actually work for them. While the Google Shopping app does use the highest shipping price to the Google Merchant Center, you do have the option to select Manual Shipping Settings. I think this would be a good choice for you, since we don't import any shipping data at this point and you have the chance to set up your data directly in the Google Merchant Center! Horrible customer service it is just a bot that repeats without actually talking to you about why they locked you out. They say payment yet my bank is fine. They offered a offer for 100 for spending 25, and then when i get to the 26 mark they cancel my account?

Unable to use. Instructions by Shopify appear to be inaccurate or out of date across several different pages.

rubish app, support is friendly but offers no actual real support no more than a bot repeating useless answers.

Terrible app, don't use. There is a reason why it has a 3.6 rating. Even the info on the app doesn't correlate to what is showing on the GMC.

I upload all products to Google shopping and enter the pending list. Several days, some products are moved to an unapproved state. I cancelled the unapproved products. But all the products went into the unapproved state one by one in a few days, I moved all the unapproved products out. I then immediately received a notification that my Google Merchant Center account was blocked. Thank you for wasting my time.

None of my products are approved, even though I've set them as custom and edited google shopping fields. Still no luck, I only have 52 products, so can't understand why it's so difficult uploading them to google shopping

Extremely frustrating app! (1) It overrides my Shipping setup in Google Merchant Center and resets it to blank, yet it doesn't provide the right shipping policy which in my case is simply FREE SHIPPING. There's no way to make sure the FREE SHIPPING policy is entered into the Google Shopping app. There's not even a field to enter it. (2) It triggers Violation of Shopping Ads Policy in Google Merchant Center on some products and not others. (3) Finally, when I contact tech support, I was told that this app is a free app and is not being supported. Very disappointing!!!

All kinds of errors in search console and merchant center around fields missing data. Data that is clearly set up correctly in the products settings. 0 ability to troubleshoot from the app.

We are really disappointed about the app. First we installed it. We connected all our Ad-Sense and other google account's to the app. Afterwards we've got a lot of eMail invitations from google we must and have been accepted. - App was staring and we started campaigns. Next day: We've got one eMail after the other: You did not accept google ad's sense invitation, account blocked. Sorry, but this will really cost a lot of time. We have already been registered and we've got eMails, everything was OK - first - ....Now the APP ist blocked. Strange!!!!

absolute waste of your time. If this works it's probably great. But, in my case within 24 hours the google merchant account was suspended for 'invalid product feed'. The shopify app is what provides the product feed to google so there is nothing you can do. Shopify support points the finger at google and google says it's a shopify problem. Well, guess what I don't have any problems with Facebook and Instagram ads so I gave up this.

Updated after Nidhi’s response: anyone with a most basic understanding of google shopping ads and merchant center would know that the suggestion to “customize your campaign any further than this, this can be done directly from your Google Ad's account.” is completely inaccurate when trying to address the issue that has been raised. Yet again, Shopify support just keep spouting their “we’d love to help” stock responses while in reality having no clue about these bugs and errors and having no other suggestions than pay for an app or “it’s not us”. ****** Don't use this app if you want to sell internationally and you ship to countries other than your own. Apparently, it is not possible for an international platform like Shopify to create a simple integration and add in additional country codes. If you use your feed through Google Merchant Center and you want to create ads (shopping or otherwise) using your product data, you can't because Shopify didn't think of that. Completely useless.

Not working, will not approve any products in my inventory. Issue with barcode. Do not know how to fix. Wish it would be easy to add inventory. Facebook Shopping was a breeze to add no issue at all!

Useless app, as stated by countless others. Doesn't do a single thing for "active campaigns", other than let them sit idle.
