All kinds of errors in search console and merchant center around fields missing data. Data that is clearly set up correctly in the products settings. 0 ability to troubleshoot from the app.

We are really disappointed about the app. First we installed it. We connected all our Ad-Sense and other google account's to the app. Afterwards we've got a lot of eMail invitations from google we must and have been accepted. - App was staring and we started campaigns. Next day: We've got one eMail after the other: You did not accept google ad's sense invitation, account blocked. Sorry, but this will really cost a lot of time. We have already been registered and we've got eMails, everything was OK - first - ....Now the APP ist blocked. Strange!!!!

absolute waste of your time. If this works it's probably great. But, in my case within 24 hours the google merchant account was suspended for 'invalid product feed'. The shopify app is what provides the product feed to google so there is nothing you can do. Shopify support points the finger at google and google says it's a shopify problem. Well, guess what I don't have any problems with Facebook and Instagram ads so I gave up this.

Updated after Nidhi’s response: anyone with a most basic understanding of google shopping ads and merchant center would know that the suggestion to “customize your campaign any further than this, this can be done directly from your Google Ad's account.” is completely inaccurate when trying to address the issue that has been raised. Yet again, Shopify support just keep spouting their “we’d love to help” stock responses while in reality having no clue about these bugs and errors and having no other suggestions than pay for an app or “it’s not us”. ****** Don't use this app if you want to sell internationally and you ship to countries other than your own. Apparently, it is not possible for an international platform like Shopify to create a simple integration and add in additional country codes. If you use your feed through Google Merchant Center and you want to create ads (shopping or otherwise) using your product data, you can't because Shopify didn't think of that. Completely useless.

Not working, will not approve any products in my inventory. Issue with barcode. Do not know how to fix. Wish it would be easy to add inventory. Facebook Shopping was a breeze to add no issue at all!

my google ad and merchant accounts are suspended and there is no proper reason for suspension. All my ads are stopped. I cant edit my campaigns in this app. All my products are instantly disapproved. lot of issues. No idea where to look for help.

Just migrated to Shopify from WooCommerce. No issues with Google Shopping feeds while using WooCommerce but now this App caused many issues and removed most of my products from Google Shopping. What a HUGE waste of time.

The app continuously removes all my products from the merchant center and shows them as pending in shopify. Google Shopping Ads are huge for us so when my products are removed out of nowhere, business suffers. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Using this app is like being dropped in the middle of a maze of razorblades blindfolded. Sure, it automates a lot for you. But it leads you right into a trap where your products and account are automatically suspended by a bot and no lifeline to get you out. Oh, and the support form doesn't submit. Bandits.

Garbage app! Every time i send my products to google merchant center, it sends all the variants and color sizes and lists them all as products. I tried reaching out to the team and they said it was normal! i don't have this problem with other apps.

It is a waste of time, the products never synchronize. The requirements for approval are not clear, for example, they ask to specify the cost of each shipment in the description of the products. That would be stupid and goes against the strategy that we handle a lot, that information is exposed to our clients moments before payment, since the cost per shipment varies in each country and for different circumstances. Apart from that, the app does not offer other alternatives to solve this kind of inconvenience and it looks too simple, considering that Google Ads has many more options in its original platform.

I was waiting more than 2 weeks after the app submitted my products to merchant center and still no products showed up anywhere. I guess they have not even been submitted... So I removed it and used an other app. With the new app my products been submitted and showed up in merchant center in less than a day. This app needs some more work...

If your ad is paused, you should be able to unpause or delete it from the campaigns section in Shopify Marketing. You should see "resume activity" at the top of the page and "delete activity" at the bottom.
