I installed this app as the last version I had was no longer supported and forced me to change. This app over wrote my existing Google Merchant account and lost all history. My products were then suspended in Google shopping because some moron on in India thinks protein powder is a banned pharmaceutical. Nice work Google! Can't say enough about how frustrating it is to do business with you and companies that use support centers in India. I would give you a worse rating if I could but I will just move my ads to Amazon where they get triple the ROI of Google Shopping, I recommend others do the same. Of course this hurts your business Shopify team. Are you listening?

I can see that some of your products were banned through Google's algorithm, and consequently, resulting in the account getting suspended. Based on your feedback, it seems that you've reached out to Google looking for a solution but they've provided limited answers. application inutile, vous fait perdre énormément de temps, service client 0 répond à vos mail 1fois toute les 24h sans apporter ni réponse aucune ni aide ils méritent même pas 1,8/5 juste 0/5. je ne laisse jamais d'avis d'habitude mais cette application est une vrai merde !

Terrible App! It is difficult to use, has little to no information on how to use it and when you install the app and create Google Merchant account and Ad account they are then a sub account to Shopify. You CANNOT close them!! You are better off creating the Google accounts on your own, then you can control them! Stay away or suffer the frustrations and consequences!

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. This could not possibly be a bigger let down and in no way should be considered an "app" on Shopify. It's useless.

A completely useless app. Keep prompting to update my list of products and I have more than a thousand SKUs! All I need is a easy to use interface that can syn to my store..I do not want to waste time editing all my products just so it reads your language!

This app is a sure fire way to demolish your sales. They publish the highest shipping rate only so it looks like it costs $100 to ship a bottle of wine (priority first overnight rate) instead of $12. They also have so many errors such as UTM missing when my products have barcodes. My products are not showing up correctly or are rejected.

With regards to the shipping concern that you mentioned, if you are using the automatically synced shipping settings from Shopify then yes, the highest shipping rate will be displayed. The reason is that shipping rates cannot be misrepresented. If Google sees a higher shipping rate offered on your website than what is displayed on your Ad, your account can be suspended. To clarify, you do have the option to either automatically sync your shipping settings from Shopify, or manually set these rates up in your Google Merchant Center. Rather than displaying the highest price that is offered for shipping, you can manually set up your shipping rates in your Google Merchant Center by following these instructions: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6069284 I've also reached out to you via email so that we can work together to solve any other concerns you have and I can make sure that your feedback is shared with our app development team. My lord this app needs to be fixed. There are so many issues - its such a pain to use. First off, dont sign in with an email with a domain you dont want to use again, because it will force you to use it unless you create another account. Next, it couldnt verify my domain, the products tab doesnt work it keeps taking me back to the main tab. Its just an overall mess. Disgusting.

Pretty useless. Doesn't seem to ever verify anything. Products have been waiting for more than a month to be verified, the Google account never gets verified either - and thousands of products can't be removed from the que unless you go through them one by one....

FINALLY WORKS! FINALLY 8 MONTHS AND A WEEK IT WORKS. Shopify and Google had more than 7 MONTHS Oct. 2018 to get this FIXED, the first time users Oct. 2018 said this was JUNK and UNPROFESSIONAL CRAP! And still nothing changed 315 one star ratings! You know what changed is Shopify's PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP OF PROBLEMS NOBODY cares anymore and to let a 315 one star rated app remain in the app store tells you everything you need to know about Shopify in 2019, quality standards on ZERO and as for the Google engineers that stood infront on Shopify users and LIED about this app and the great engineers, programmers, product managers at Google who let this happen and continue on KEEP CASHING THAT PAYCHECK ON JUNK, TOP OF YOUR LINKDIN : I am very proud of the Shopify App - 315 one star ratings out of 418 users i developed over 75% of users rated it a one star loser, please hire me. Hey if all your products were approved for over 2 years 6 months and now and pending forever you ain't making any AD MONEY $$$$$$$ on Google Shopping ADs.

If you use your product variants for anything other than colors and sizes (i.e. special offers that you DON'T want published) you are out of luck. This app publishes all variants with no option to exclude. Shopify's advice - duplicate all your products and remove the variants! This is a huge mess for our inventory, customer service, accounting, etc. Forcing us to move to a new app without fixing this issue is very poor! What is an alternative to this app?

Since having to update the old app to this version, Two months ago, I have had nothing but trouble. My sales are down 50-60%. Having contacted both Shopify and Google support several times over the last Two months, my shopping campaign has gone from bad to worse! Over half of my products were pending, however, support have re-synced the products twice and now there are only a few still "pending". Despite that, my sales, clicks, conversions and everything else have dropped. I increased my add spend, but strangely this has had no effect on my conversions/ sales. The new "Smart" campaign is terrible, with less features that the old campaigns. You get no useful support with either Shopify or Google on how to execute it correctly. My Original Google shopping app and campaign was doing really well, this app have almost ruined my business. I am at a loss as to what to do. Maybe the only option is to drop this app and go to a Paid app, and start all over again!

This app doesn't work, but somehow it says that it ran over $200 worth of ads. How could it do that when all of my products have been in "pending" for as long as it's been installed??

Extremely overpriced. You are basically paying $1 for every click, not sale, each click. Stay away. Their support is a joke as well.

If you have any other option use it and dump this app. We operate 3 shops here what a waste of my time. Shopify keeps blaming "Google" No its their app. Dare you to use it. I mean if you dont what to sell on Google shopping than its great. Or chase your tail. Pending Pending Pending - Ya goggle it to blame. right ya they dont know anything about indexing. I have weeks of support email. Just wait they say. PENDING PENDING

For one month I have had 90% of my products "pending" I asked shopify and they said I need to fix my Google Shopping fields... not the case because Google isn't rejecting products they just aren't being sent all of them.
