I think Gooten will be excellent for giclee paper and canvas orders, but I am having trouble understanding the process to purchase some samples so I can know the quality.

I have been using Gooten for quite a while now and they definitely have some of the best prices and best product platforms I have seen so far. Highly recommend!

Convenient app. I found a large number of products for my store. It would be nice if you added the function to work in the app inside my store without going to your site

Really easy and nice to add and create products with the tool but as a Canadian merchant with most of my customers being Canadian residents, this isn't a great app. The pricing isn't intuitive at all. I ended up losing money on a few orders because of this. Printful does a better job .

Just started using the app, but my first impression is pretty good. Their mockup generator is very intuitive and they have a great selection of products to choose from

3 wrong or incomplete orders shipped to my customers in a week. Can't even get a response from the help desk. Time to find another printer.

I am so very impressed with this app so far. It is so easy to use! I love the ability to bulk upload my designs in one sitting and then work on choosing what I want to publish. This app is the reason I moved my online store from another platform to Shopify!

They have a great variety of print on demand products to choose from. Easy to work mockup generator that I used to design my hoodies. I loved the vibrant colors and the quick delivery time.

Just started using gooten. Their customization platform is one of the best I’ve experienced for phone cases. Their selection of phone cases and sizes is also decent compared to competitors. Their mock ups are terrible and they only provide one. On this aspect they are lacking. If you can design your own mock ups then I would recommend gooten.

Terrible company. Shipped the wrong item completely and when I asked to get the right one they put it on hold for "copyright reasons" I did the art myself and they need (Commercial proof) so I cant just send them the art. they have already produced about 8 of these exact products for me but now they wont do it because its a reprint. I have asked for the manufacturer but gooten wont give it to me because they know they are a Piece of SH*T company that deserves to be bankrupt. and would lose all their customers because they are terrible. I have had so many problems with them. Just find another site if you can. They do not treat their customers well and DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. This company makes me so mad I had to share this.

Large selection of unique items. They were the only POD service that I found that integrated with shopify and had the specific items I was looking to print on. I'm still waiting for my sample products so I can't comment on quality but fulfillment/shipping times have been a bit slow. I expect and understand this, especially during the holidays. They've communicated well about the reasons behind the delays and expected fulfillment times. The website/uploader is intuitive and fairly easy to use. I've had some issues with consistency of image sizes created by their mock up generator but other than that it's been simple and easy to use.

The prices are very good, selection is large, and a decent selection of organic clothing. I like their options a lot. So far they are a keeper! Shipping times seem fast.

I am looking for an app that will do puzzles. Unfortunately, your puzzles say they only ship to US. I contacted Gooten and your staff member, Evelin found out that you do ship to Canada for $9.84. However this feature to ship to Canada is not available from your Product page. I have decided not to use Gooten because I Iive in Canada and I want to be able to ship puzzles in Canada.

As a Canadian business I started using the app to have some specific products that I ship out to my clients in the US. After using and trying a number of different dropshippers I've found Gooten to have a great selection, good customer service and clear updates. I haven't yet received any goods so can't comment on the quality but from what I've seen of the brands they use I'm not concerned about it.
