I was looking for a way to further monetize my business and while in the past I had explored other on-demand printing and drop ship fulfillment options they all fell short. Either the pricing was too high, they couldn't handle international shipping, or the quality of their products were poor. Ultimately, I had written the idea off ... that was until I worked with Gooten. They offered everything that I was looking for in a low touch, high reward platform allowing me to sell all over the world while offering a very diverse catalog of quality products from t-shirts to coffee mugs, framed prints, posters and more. Through my primary business I have customers all over the world and now I am able to capitalize on their engagement by selling them goods through my Gooten powered store! I've been live for a few months and the revenue is building (just in time for the holidays I might add!). I have a new business that has got me very excited as I make 100% pure profit with very little work beyond setting up the initial store. All I have to do now is focus on marketing and Gooten takes care of the rest. I am extremely happy with Gooten and the services they provide. If there was a way to give 6 stars I would! I highly recommend them!!!

My absolute favorite of all of the fulfillment companies. The prices and products are fantastic. The app isn't all that complicated for the products I use them to fulfill (pillows, blankets, totes, etc...) TOP NOTCH communication from these folks. They have responded VERY QUICKLY to all questions I have had and they go above and beyond to make things work for you. I recommend Gooten. If you find the interface difficult - it's like everything else - you have to learn how to use it. Start with a single product type and then reach out and ask them questions if you can't figure it out. But, definitely give them a real try before moving on because I don't think you'll find a better fulfillment service. They have shipped every order within the given estimated time frame and have even shipped some of them out in less than the predicted time. I'm very pleased with this service. The only negative - and I do mean ONLY - for me has been figuring out how to charge shipping. It was very difficult to set up something that would work since the shipping charges vary by product and by area of the country you are shipping to. But if you can get past that hurdle - this is the service I'd highly recommend.

Product selection is GREAT, prices are pretty standard (although some products are too high to ever realistically sell for a reasonable profit), but my big gripe is that adding products is a HUGE pain. You need to make custom-sized images for each variant of, say, a piece of wall art, ahead of time and have it cropped perfectly. Their cropping system doesn't really work (you can't resize the image to make it smaller, only move it around or zoom in to make it larger) and it seems to zoom in on the image a little bit by default without letting you zoom back out for some unknown reason. On top of that, searching for SKUs to upload is also a pain and you can't choose a collection while uploading. Overall, I think the potential is here but it's just not executed well enough yet. Maybe once they overhaul their system for adding products I'll give it another shot!

We chose Gooten because we were looking for an on demand printing company so we don't have to deal with warehousing costs and shipping. What we love most about Gooten are their products, prices and support! We found out about Gooten through a recommendation and wanted to give them a try. We were blown away with the product selection as well as with their amazing team who helped us with every step of the integration. Prices are great, giving us a higher profit margin. Connecting variants has been easy and the app is working fine, plus all the products we ordered are high quality and our customers have been satisfied so far. While the mockups are not perfect, they saved us a lot of time because we used them directly for our website. Before integrating our store with them, we had a lot of questions and their team responded very fast with the exact info we needed. We wholeheartedly recommend using Gooten.

Really great service, like the products. Love the personal attention to customers, I always get a great answer and they take my feedback very seriously. I would recommend this to anyone. Interface is fairly straightforward and they are updating stuff all the time to make it easier and easier.

A big selection of POD items, our favorite is the framed prints. Really great quality for a very reasonable price. The best part is that they have great customer service and are very proactive. Looking forward to adding more POD products from Gooten to our store in the future!

Gooten is filling a niche in connecting artists and designers with manufacturers and the resulting products into Shopify. No other company has managed to do it on such a large scale as Gooten. Their app isn't perfect, but it works well and they are continuously improving the app and reaching out to their customers for feedback. I've also been very impressed with their customer service, they are responsive and professional. This company has already managed to do great things and from what I've seen, it is only just the beginning!

So far so good! I'm considering switching all my shops products to Gooten. It seems like it would be really easy to do. Just waiting for my order to arrive! I really like Gootens selection. If your looking for a HUGE selection of various items you have to check out their catalog! Its huge. They also have a shipping calculator right in their app! Pretty useful.

I am very happy to have come across Gooten! So many different types of products! Definitely the only one I have come across with so many products. I'm just really getting into the app and everything seems to be running smoothly! I would recommend it to anyone looking for simplicity. Every question I have asked was immediately followed up with a email and the option to speak on the phone. I will return with another follow up in about a month. Still trying to get the feel of this app.

I was looking for a printer who offered 1) worldwide fulfillment, 2) decent margins, 3) sweatshop-free products and printing, 4) drop shipping, 5) and quality printing and products. Gooten is all of these! Especially recommended to anyone who is looking to actually make decent margins off of apparel/print sales. Beyond the margins, the customer support is incredible as well. Since i'm new to selling online i was especially happy to have had support personnel reach out to me and help me with getting my store, products, and account set up and configured right. They also made product recommendations and site recommendations which really helped.

We have been using Gooten for over 6 months now ever since switching from one of their competitors. Switching to Gooten doubled our margins overnight, while keeping our product quality constant. Since day one their team has been incredibly helpful and has went above and beyond to fix any issues we may have experienced. Long story short, we couldn't be happier with Gooten and highly recommend them to anyone looking to launch a new store that dropships products!

Absolutely the Best!! We have been using Gooten for about 6 months now and testing various products getting ready to launch our Shopify store. The quality of the products has been very good and tech support is excellent - and quick. During the time we have been using they have been making improvements to their admin area which just keeps getting better and better. My understanding is that they are not finished yet and many new features are coming soon. The integration with Shopify is easy and works great. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!

What a bad mockup generator pictures looks so bad and ugly i don't know how someone can tell that they have been able to sell something with those poor pictures ! We don't even recognize the products...

I cant believe how easy it was to actually create a store. I didn't have to do any work talking to a printer or negotiate prices. All I did was upload some of my pictures and started selling.

Not sure about them. Their mockup generator is terrible. The photos are blurry or too small of an image for anyone to even see. I asked them to fix the issue but I have not heard back from them.

Update 3: Adding two stars. Gooten has finally improved their mockup generator...sort of. Their mockup generator now produces reasonably sized images for the products that they offer. It's still a bit clunky. About 50% of the time, when uploading files according to their specs, I had to go back screens and re-click buttons in order to trigger their mock up generator because it didn't trigger the first time. But it does seem like they are making constant efforts to improve their app and their team has been quick to offer trouble shooting support. Update 2: I'm removing the star that I added in my last update. It's been over a month now and Gooten is still hasn't corrected the issues discussed below. At this point I'm loosing faith that they will ever be able to do so. Update 1: I'm adding a second star because since posting this review, Gooten has gotten back to me about the issues below and I appreciate the responsiveness of their support team regarding my concerns. Here is what Gooten said, "this small sized images, has been a major complaint from a lot of our current users and we have devoted a lot of time improving the technology that generates the images. Our CTO informed me that this will be ready in the next 2-3 weeks. I can assure you that once we have this implemented, and you begin using our platform, you'll want to move all of your products over to us from the Printful." I really hope this is the case and look forward to using Gooten if it is. Will update this review again once I've seen the new implementation. First Review: I'd really like to be able to like this app as much as I'd like to be able to use it. Sadly, no dice for either. Gooten does not have a mock-up generator or even any comped psd files so that one can manually make mock-ups of their products with ones designs on them. In order to display a product listing image on your website, you will have to buy a sample of everything in their catalog and make your own mock-up. For me, this would be time and cost prohibitive. Not to mention a huge act of faith for a company with sketchy and scant reviews about their quality and customer service. Another option for create listing images of Gooten products on my site is to display a blank product, next to a flat of the design. But that is not very compelling for shoppers and would be poor practice. I contacted Gooten about this issue asking them if they planed on adding a mock-up generator or comped psd files, letting them know that without these features I would be unable to use Gooten. Two different customer support reps got back to me and both mostly talked around the issue I'd emailed about and offered irrelevant info. One of the customer service reps replied that Gooten generates a thumbnail when you create a product. The thumbnails Gooten generates for preview are barely larger than my actual thumbnail and as such, are inappropriate and insufficient for displaying to shoppers on my website. To reiterate, without a mock up generator or comped psd files, I will not be able to use Gooten at all. Printful, a competitor service offers both a mock-up generator and psd comp files and works beautifully. And I've had a great response from Printul's customer support so far. Hopefully Printful will grow their product catalog to the size of Gooten's in the near future.
