I have been using the Gooten app for almost 2 years now and really love it. There products are extremely high quality, the design features are very easy to use, it is a simpler platform than some and they have managed to get their shipping prices down so they are very competive even for platforms where you might have free shipping. I frequently compare the prices and product offerings to some of the other competitors to Gooten and it always wins...I highly recommend this app with your Shopify store.

I've only used Gooten for their canvas products and am very happy with the quality, pricing and shipping times. Support sometimes feels like they do not really listen and just respond with templates. But overall I'm happy with their service.

The worst print on demand company I have ever used. Orders were delayed, customer service took days to respond, then would respond with a canned up, scripted response that did not address the issue, the user interface was extremely slow, at one point it stopped syncing with my shopify store and I didn't know the orders weren't getting printed. The cutting boards image was dull (the same file that came out bright with my other POD). The last straw is when my customer bought a puzzle as a gift and the tracking said it arrived and it never did (I have confirmation from the PO that they never received the package) and then I emailed the Gooten help desk and NO RESPONSE. **If you care at all about your business reputation then do not use Gooten, too risky.

Seamless integration. Love the automated out of stock functionality, a huge time saver when your store has a large range of products with multiple variations.

Gooten is very user friendly and does a great job at allowing me to make products that transfer easily to Shopify and Etsy! They have a lot of product and choices as well! And the printers they use are amazing quality!

There are various products and the customer service response was very fast, within 1 - 2 days. The delivery time to UK and Europe is slightly longer than I expected but it is good so far.

I’ve been using this app to add really unique pieces to my shop. I like that you can design for multiple variants at once. I do want to see better mock up capabilities within Gooten. Showing the product in a beautiful environment or a nice looking model would increase sales. I am also looking for more pet offerings, specifically sublimated printed dog collars and dog shirts.

Awful customer service with little to no follow up majority of the time. Had to disable multiple products (tumblers and fanny packs) due to way too many quality control issues -- wrong products from other stores arriving to my customers, fanny packs arriving with the zipper sewn into the seams, items arriving with zippers sticking or strings hanging, prints not aligning properly and tumblers arriving without lids CONSTANTLY. Bottom line, if you're looking for quality products - do not use Gooten, I'm honestly going to remove the app and my account.

Running a business was always such a scary thought to me, but since using Gooten, I actually have fun "working!" I could spend hours on here, and it's so amazing seeing my designs become products others can have and love as much as I do. Gooten has changed my business for the better.

LOOK AT ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS THEY HAVE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! They don't even bother to respond to these reviews. horrible. cute products. But there is ZERO customer support. The website is so difficult to work. DOES NOT integrate with Shopify at all. I could sell these products like crazy but I can't get it to work with my shopify store and I can't get anyone at Gooten to even try to help me. I have wasted so much time trying to get this vendor to work. Going to delete Gooten if someone doesn't help ASAP. not even worth 1 Star.

We have recently increased our customer support staff as well as implemented new ways to better serve our partners. In the recent months we have seen a huge increase in orders, and thus a huge increase in customer support tickets due to COVID. We admit that we were not prepared for this, nor did we ever expect such an increase in business. I've been waiting for the response from the support team for more than TWO MONTHS - 2 MONTHS WITHOUT THE REPLY!!! Don't use it if you want to have a reliable partner.

I use a variety of PoD vendors, and LOVE some of the unique items we can get at Gooten. Our niche is specifically towards the fashion/pageant industry and our customers have really enjoyed the items and come back for more. They don't have the biggest apparel variety, but their other items are top-notch!

It’s not bad but there are better options for what I was looking for. (Drop-shipping Apparel) I found other websites that were much more helpful to my needs. That being said Gooten is a great place to start

I really like this app compared to other print on demand companies. The interface is really easy to use and support has been fantastic to deal with. They also have a nice selection of products. So far I am very happy with them.

Easily the best POD app and company out there. I wouldn't use anyone else. Support is great, production is fast, and they are always happy to help correct issues and problems that may arise. I love working with them.

Cheap prices and relatively quick fulfillment. Their user interface isn't the most intuitive, though, and the lack of automatic shipping price integration keeps them from being the perfect solution.
