There are various products and the customer service response was very fast, within 1 - 2 days. The delivery time to UK and Europe is slightly longer than I expected but it is good so far.

I was using Gooten when I first started. I decided to remove them from my store because it was getting too costly troublesome whenever I was dealing with shipping and setting up the back-end rates. Advanced Shipping Rules helped, but I was cornered into paying a real premium for something that comes with Shopify already. Printful and other suppliers have their API connected to Shopify, so the shipping already gets calculated when customers place the orders. Simple! And that is how Gooten should work. Until they get with the times, I will be using other suppliers. UPDATE: After one year since Shopify updated its backend to allow automated rates, Gooten still has not taken advantage of this feature. If I choose to use them, I will have to spend upwards of $60 per month to use Advanced Shipping Rules.

I’ve been using this app to add really unique pieces to my shop. I like that you can design for multiple variants at once. I do want to see better mock up capabilities within Gooten. Showing the product in a beautiful environment or a nice looking model would increase sales. I am also looking for more pet offerings, specifically sublimated printed dog collars and dog shirts.

We love Gooten have products others POD dont have, like the acrylics blocks, canvas, pack folded cards and yoga mats... And we loved how our designs look.

Awful customer service with little to no follow up majority of the time. Had to disable multiple products (tumblers and fanny packs) due to way too many quality control issues -- wrong products from other stores arriving to my customers, fanny packs arriving with the zipper sewn into the seams, items arriving with zippers sticking or strings hanging, prints not aligning properly and tumblers arriving without lids CONSTANTLY. Bottom line, if you're looking for quality products - do not use Gooten, I'm honestly going to remove the app and my account.

LOOK AT ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS THEY HAVE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! They don't even bother to respond to these reviews. horrible. cute products. But there is ZERO customer support. The website is so difficult to work. DOES NOT integrate with Shopify at all. I could sell these products like crazy but I can't get it to work with my shopify store and I can't get anyone at Gooten to even try to help me. I have wasted so much time trying to get this vendor to work. Going to delete Gooten if someone doesn't help ASAP. not even worth 1 Star.

In the recent months we have seen a huge increase in orders, and thus a huge increase in customer support tickets due to COVID. We admit that we were not prepared for this, nor did we ever expect such an increase in business. It really isn't difficult to hire some VA's in another country to handle your support emails. Going 2 weeks without a reply is unacceptable, and blaming COVID is not an excuse at this point. Hire someone to answer emails, you are still making sales and therefore making money. I will simply have to switch suppliers based on this. The quality is good but not outstanding, the fulfillment times are OK because of COVID but the support is non-existant. Why is it every other POD company is managing to answer emails normally but you can't? Edit: Replying to my review with the same copy-pasted reply for each complaint here really doesn't cut it, sorry isn't enough at this point. Do something about it, you're in a position to do so and it really illustrates your lack of leadership/management skills.

I use a variety of PoD vendors, and LOVE some of the unique items we can get at Gooten. Our niche is specifically towards the fashion/pageant industry and our customers have really enjoyed the items and come back for more. They don't have the biggest apparel variety, but their other items are top-notch!

It’s not bad but there are better options for what I was looking for. (Drop-shipping Apparel) I found other websites that were much more helpful to my needs. That being said Gooten is a great place to start

I really like this app compared to other print on demand companies. The interface is really easy to use and support has been fantastic to deal with. They also have a nice selection of products. So far I am very happy with them.

I used to love Gooten, but there's a big problem with them changing their items without proper notice to sellers. The first time I ran into this was with their bandanas. They started out as great quality, with a slight sheen and a soft knit, but then they changed to a terrible tight, shiny, stiff knit and the edges were never right. I let that slide because they refunded me and I appreciated their other products.. However, two weeks ago I reached out to see why two of my customers' orders hadn't gone through. Customer service said they'd look into it, but I haven't heard anything since, even after sending a follow up email. Today I decided to manually place their orders, come to find out the product they ordered had been changed completely, in shape and material, and the original I had on my website was no longer available. The original product was perfect, and this new one looks terrible on their website. It seems they're cutting costs and quality is being decreased, but of course the prices are the same. Very disappointed. I can't continue to use Gooten knowing that my products can be changed randomly without any proper notice to me and that my customers could receive terrible products that are different than what I first received when I wanted to make sure of their quality before selling them.

Once I got into a groove as far as my own learning curve went, this app is AWESOME, the prices are great and the customer service is superb. Love Gooten! I would love to see more baby nursery items too! Wall decals would be Amazing!

So far I have used this app for pillow cases, zipper pouches, and wrapped canvases. I wasn't crazy about the canvas but I LOVE the zipper pouches and pillow cases. It has been simple so far. I think the art upload/edit area could be improved but so far I have enjoyed it and plan to add more of their products.

Four stars for the Gooten app and the ease of use within the website, pricing for products, etc. My samples came and while I'm going to change providers for a few of the products, this has less to do with Gooten and more to do with how detail-oriented the print providers are (the quality isn't what I'd send to my customers - minor issues like an untrimmed thread/mismatched thread color, card fold line consistently not lining up with site-specified photo requirements). I'm pleased with Gooten's app overall - if not for these issues with print providers I'd be leaving a 5 star review.
