Gooten: Print on Demand

Since I added Gooten products to my Shopify store, veiwa increased. customization easy process and customers use their own designs. Orders are delivered on time. I love it.

I switched to Gooten after working with another POD company. What a difference! Gooten has great customer service agents. They went beyond what I was asking them, and included screenshots, links, videos and detailed instructions to help me get started and to address any problems I was having. They even followed up to see how I was doing with their instructions. The app is very easy to install, and integration is a snap. You can add variations with ease! While I am still new and figuring some things out, it is seamless and easy to navigate and get support when needed. I am so happy I made the switch from PM.

Of all the POD companies I have worked with and received samples from, Gooten is the most difficult to work with. The specs required are difficult to work with (making repeating patterns wasn't possible), making uploading images for a sample very trying. Then, once I finally got the files approved for printing, there was an issue with billing - which I was not notified about whatsoever. Consequently, I had an order sitting in "billing" for well over a week. Rather than a quick resolution, even that issue (a simple address update) had to wait in their system for another 12 hours before approval. At last the order shipped and the colors of the blanket were muted, the blanket thin, and it was shipped in a polymailer that arrived ripped. Perhaps other products might be better in quality, but after the initial order and the difficulties in getting it made, I am less motivated to try other products from Gooten.

I just started adding Gooten products to my Shopify store a few weeks ago. The process is fairly simple. The mock-ups looks great. I have already gotten sales. It’s great that I can add custom items to my shop without the huge cost of inventory, equipment & large minimums. So far, the quality of products have been great!

I am fairly new to Print On Demand world. I opened up my first Print On Demand business this year and was looking for products that I was not finding on other platforms. I stumbled upon Gooten and saw they had the products I was looking for at really good prices! I signed up for an account and I have loved how easy their website is to use and how easy it is to upload my custom products to my online store! Definitely recommend them for all of your POD needs!

I've found Gooten easy to work with and I like the selection of products because it has more colors of the same atules I find elsewhere. So far, I've only placed an order for myself to check quality. I like what I've received so far and plan to add items to my store.

Their customer service was fast and efficient, they even got back to me on the weekend! They resolved the issue fast and logically! I am new to POD and have been sampling a variety of companies. So far, Gooten seems to be the one that offers unique products at reasonable rates. I also appreciate that my order was reviewed by the support team and was contacted to address potential print issue.

I'm a new user of Gooten and a first time user of any POD service. Gooten made it really easy to set up my products, connect them with Etsy and Shopify and not have to worry about any of it. Highly recommended if you need something simple and powerful.

Love it! It is a little over priced but its ok because the service is great! Shipping times are fantastic, the printing is high quality, and the customer support is chill!

10/10 Highly recommend! for all the unique products other print on demand services that others don't have I would definitely recommend this app not only for their quality products. I would absolutely recommend this as a great addition to your store.
