One of the worst services ever. When you contact customer service, it takes 15 days to reply if any. Packages are often lost, fake tracking codes - this company is a madness. From now on, I'll post a 1-star review every single day of waiting for their customer service to reply.

Once I got into a groove as far as my own learning curve went, this app is AWESOME, the prices are great and the customer service is superb. Love Gooten! I would love to see more baby nursery items too! Wall decals would be Amazing!

The app is pretty easy to use. I still couldn't figure out 100% how to use it. But I think it is so much better then other print on demand services. PRICES ARE FAR BETTER AS WELL!!!

I highly recommend Gooten's customer service - received prompt response to design questions with direct information! The app interface is clean and simple to use. It also allows for easy design customization.

So far I have used this app for pillow cases, zipper pouches, and wrapped canvases. I wasn't crazy about the canvas but I LOVE the zipper pouches and pillow cases. It has been simple so far. I think the art upload/edit area could be improved but so far I have enjoyed it and plan to add more of their products.

Their mug printing and the size of prints they can do on garments is really nice. The biggest problem is their customer service. It takes forever to get a response and if you don’t respond within 12hrs of their response your ticket gets closed. This wouldn’t be a big deal if it happened once or twice but it happens every time. There was one particular issue that really made me rethink their platform, was when I had a T-shirt up for sale. I had a customer buy it but noticed nothing happened on the order for a few days. I emailed 3 times before getting a response. After finally getting a response almost a week and half later, they took an additional week just to tell me the item was discontinued and i would have to make a new item to replace the discontinued item. When asked why no one told me that products where being discontinued I got a “we don’t know” reply. Anyways If you just want to make mugs then use them. If not be willing to deal with a lot of issues

Four stars for the Gooten app and the ease of use within the website, pricing for products, etc. My samples came and while I'm going to change providers for a few of the products, this has less to do with Gooten and more to do with how detail-oriented the print providers are (the quality isn't what I'd send to my customers - minor issues like an untrimmed thread/mismatched thread color, card fold line consistently not lining up with site-specified photo requirements). I'm pleased with Gooten's app overall - if not for these issues with print providers I'd be leaving a 5 star review.

We have been using Gooten for over a year now and are very happy with them. They are a bit expensive but offer an incredible variety of products and great customer service. Their app however could use some major improvements to integrate better with Shopify.

I often need specialty phone models and gooten is the only manufacturer that carries them. Luckily they are also very easy to work with and the customer service is great and personal.

I use this app to drop ship a handful of pet items and a few other products. I mostly use Gooten though for pet beds and the quality is amazing. My customers love the beds too! Absolutely great company for drop shipping and amazing customer service. I highly recommend you check them out.

I've loved using this app. It's so easy to connect with my store and I love being able to offer unique products with my own designs on them without worrying about the manufacturing and shipping.

Note: I've only printed stickers from Gooten. I do not use the drop shipping features. The vinyl stickers are great--the quality feels sturdy. There have been incidences where the images have come out a bit grainy, however their email team responds immediately with a solution. Great customer service.

The app was pretty easy to use. The product selection was good. The only issue I have is with the quality of the t-shirts. The print wears off very quickly. On one t-shirt it started to look bad after only one washing. After a few washings it looked awful. I had to remove all of the t-shirts from my store. However, the mugs are great.

They claim to be Print-on-demand but do not have order notes. If you use this app, you cannot offer expedited shipping. All orders are made to be standard and there is no way to update it. In short, the app sucks. The company, shipped flawed canvases and refused to replace citing damage was within their threshold. Hope your customers enjoy their threshold. Software is really awful. Prepare to accidentally cancel orders, not understand how to ship internationally. Printful is much better in every way.

We have tried a number of POD fulfillment providers and no one is as good as Gooten. We love them and plan on using them for years and years to come!

I really love the Gooten App. It's helped me launch products that I wouldn't have otherwise been able to sell. The installation process is a breeze and the API connection makes everything so simple for me. When a customer buys a product from my Shopify store that is linked through Gooten, I do not have to touch anything, Gooten does it all. Their support has also been super helpful, whenever I have a question they answer immediately, even on weekends. I am looking forward to adding more Gooten products to my Shopify Store!

I have been using Gooten for a few years now, and it really helped tremendously in growing my online business. There are some kinks along the way, but they always try their best to resolve it. The prices are competitive and I highly recommend giving them a try!

I have been using gooten now for 5+ years so I've watched them grow. I really enjoy using their system, and being able to frontload the work and get products uploaded ahead of time makes daily orders a breeze. I highly recommend trying them out!
