I am very satisfied with the support provided by the Growave support team. Their attention was extremely quick, friendly, and they resolved the issue immediately. In my case, I was attended to by Anna, who was very kind and efficient. We have been using the application for almost two years now and this is the first time we have had to resort to the support team. We are very satisfied with the application and its performance.

I am using the free version and it's already awesome with tons of features available. My main purpose for this app is for the reward system and reviews. Recently, I have encountered a problem with the reviews layout/UI on my store page, the staffs, especially Kani and Janat, they are extremely helpful and had helped me sorted out my concern within two days time. With that, there's no reason for me not to write a review to praise the support staff and the easy to use, features packed app. Keep up the good work guys! <3

I can tell that Growave support team is very great, especially response of our query is very quick and perfect! There are so many features on app, thus we can find the suitable usage. Even if we need some modifications, such as layout changes, Growave supports us very well!

Many thanks to the Growave team and all the support staff, especially Begi for listening carefully to our needs and solving them quickly and perfectly! I will keep using this app consistently! Very friendly for the seller! And it's very functional, I hope to do some upgrades for the membership section, for example it's a free gift for points redemption, it would be nice to limit the total quantity and realize that out-of-stock products are not redeemed for points, it would be more convenient. I'm sure Growave will improve and upgrade! Lastly, thank you to all who read this! I wish you all a wonderful day!

I am very satisfied with the support staff of growave. They are consistently very responsive on online chat and in most of times, provides the needed support you need. The app itself is a good cost-effective alternative to provide great customer experience for our site.

I have been using Growave for a number of brands and it is one of the best value option for Loyalty and Reviews (where both features work together without having to configure across different apps). The support is second to none, they are incredibly helpful and quick to respond. I 100% recommend this app over the other obvious apps on the market.
