I've dealt with Sergio, Tim and Bak numerous times now and every time has been very pleasant. Very efficient in their responses and work. We've had a few technical issues after migrating to Shopify and they've made sure everything has run smoothly. Highly recommend, great customer service.

I recently completed my second support call with Sally from Growave. She was professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable throughout the entire interaction. She explained each step clearly and her communication was excellent--all issues were resolved efficiently while ensuring nothing was overlooked. This level of support reflects extremely well on Growave. Sally set a high mark for great customer service and provides confidence continuing our subscription with Growave.

We haven't launched our Shopify site yet, but the set up process with the Growave app has been brilliant - their onboarding team Begi and Joel have been so helpful and responsive. Every time I've emailed them they get straight back to me and have resolved any issues or answered any questions immediately.

We’ve just finished setting up our loyalty program page and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. The app itself is easy to set up and works seamlessly with Shopify. What really stood out to us was the support team. They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us customize the loyalty page exactly the way we envisioned it. Even when some adjustments required extra development work, they stepped in and delivered without hesitation. So far, everything is running smoothly since going live, and this has been one of the best support experiences we’ve had. We’re excited to see how the app continues to support our growth, knowing there’s a reliable team behind it ready to help whenever needed.

We’ve been using Growave for our Shopify store, and honestly, it has exceeded our expectations on every level. Powerful app with lots of features for the cost. Lacks some of the user-friendly customizability that others have, but their team is super responsive and are able to help customize the look/feel very quickly. Just wish the internal theme editor was more robust.

After much research and deliberation, we went with GroWave for its feature richness and ease of integration and implementation. What we weren't expecting was the top-notch customer service. The team is responsible, detailed in their instructions and explanations and thorough in the follow-through. From the beginning of our 12-month journey with Growave, they've overpromised and under delivered. At the time we chose to install their app they had assured us the most important features we needed were going to be released within the next 30 days. Those features took another 180 days to be released, and even then, they weren't what had been described to us in our initial discussions. To make matters worse, Growave appears to have been caught entirely unaware and unprepared when Shopify required them to have a separate app for B2B and DTC stores last year. As a B2B store platform we were told by one of their employees that we needed to push an update to our store for their app. Once we did so, we lost the entire functionality of the app, along with any history or reporting from prior transactions. It appears to us they instructed their employees they needed to force all the B2B stores off their DTC app, and hadn't yet begun to build a B2B replacement app. In the months since, while attempting to work with their team to fix the problems they created - they've given our customers double the number of rewards they were supposed to have; their app has on multiple occasions allowed their discount coupons to be used multiple times on separate orders; and to this day we're still unable to download any of our store's reward data, with it taking multiple days to get the information sent to us from them. This app has cost thousands of dollars in erroneous rewards given out along with the hundreds of hours required by my team to investigate and attempt to rectify the many problems their app has created for us.
