Mario and Valeria have been absolutely wonderful to work with. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive, helpful, and solution oriented. What really stood out was how personally they supported us throughout the setup. Whenever we had a question or needed something adjusted, they took the time to understand our needs and helped us find the best solution always with a very positive and friendly attitude. We especially appreciated their support with the translations and the overall implementation process. Communication was always clear, quick, and reliable. Thank you so much, Mario and Valeria, for making the whole experience so smooth. It genuinely feels like having a supportive extension of the team on the other side. Highly recommended!

They say 3 integrations on Growth. If you want to integrate features that require an API, you have to purchase the PRO package. It is blatantly misleading and a waste of time. You shouldn't list "3 integrations" then.

We've been using Growave for a few months now, and it's going great! Our customers love the rewards program and we love that it keeps them engaged with our shop. We have a brick & mortar and online store, and it has been a seamless experience for both. Mario was so wonderfully helpful in getting us setup and answering our many questions. We've had a great experience using Growave for our reviews and rewards program. The platform is easy to manage and provides the features we need to create a better experience for our customers. A really comprehensive app! It’s just a shame that the styling options are quite limited. However, a huge plus is the incredibly fast and helpful customer support. They implemented all of our styling requests and customizations very quickly. A clear recommendation from us – especially thanks to such a great and responsive development team!

I originally moved from Wix to Shopify specifically so I could use Growave from an experience with this app from another retailer, and I’m really glad I did. The app has been great for setting up our loyalty rewards and reviews, but the support team has been the standout. They’ve been extremely helpful, responsive, and patient throughout the setup process, including helping troubleshoot some DNS issues on my end. Nothing has been too much trouble, and they’ve made the whole process really easy. Highly recommend them!
