Le support est vraiment impeccable. Ils sont disponibles, rapides, comprennent les problèmes rencontrés et les solutionnent. C'est suffisamment rare d'avoir un tel niveau de service dans l'eco-système des applications shopify pour être souligné. Je les recommande !

Many thanks to the Growave team and all the support staff, especially Begi for listening carefully to our needs and solving them quickly and perfectly! I will keep using this app consistently! Very friendly for the seller! And it's very functional, I hope to do some upgrades for the membership section, for example it's a free gift for points redemption, it would be nice to limit the total quantity and realize that out-of-stock products are not redeemed for points, it would be more convenient. I'm sure Growave will improve and upgrade! Lastly, thank you to all who read this! I wish you all a wonderful day!

I am very satisfied with the support staff of growave. They are consistently very responsive on online chat and in most of times, provides the needed support you need. The app itself is a good cost-effective alternative to provide great customer experience for our site.

I have been using Growave for a number of brands and it is one of the best value option for Loyalty and Reviews (where both features work together without having to configure across different apps). The support is second to none, they are incredibly helpful and quick to respond. I 100% recommend this app over the other obvious apps on the market.

We have been using Growave for a few years now and so far I would say it is one of the cheaper option for Loyalty and Review Add on (which we need both features to work together without having to configure across different apps). We have tested out a lot of Loyalty apps and decided to go with Growave. Customer service is very prompt as well. Recommended :)

We recently switched to Growwave (from LOOX) and the experience has been exceptional! With over a decade of marketing experience, I’m always cautious about tech support, especially when it’s primarily email-based. But Growwave’s team has blown me away. Their support is fast, clear, and easy to understand. They've efficiently handled all requests and keep me updated throughout the process. The features have also enhanced both the look and functionality of our site. If you're hesitant about switching, I can confidently say the transition was seamless. Really impressed with the support team at Growave. We're in the process of setting up the app, hit a technical roadblock, and they went to the next level to assess the issue and provide informational screenshots to help us navigate. All within hours of reaching out to them. The onboarding features are pretty great, but I wish there was a way to see what to expect and a few examples via video. I'm excited to learn more about how to use the app, but seem to need to activate it in order to learn. Maybe I'm missing a couple of demo videos. Excited to start using the features! Feeling good about working with the team at Growave whenever needed!

Just getting started with Growave and have to say the support as we set up has been impressive. We had a couple things only the GW devs could do and they actioned them so swiftly, and though we ran into a couple of bugs the team have been super responsive and quick to fix them.
