I have been using Growave for several months and have loved it. My customers love the option to earn points and I love the confidence buyers get from having reviews on products. I recently changed my shop theme and found it necessary to reach out to the developer team for assistance. They were very quick and professional and had my issue fixed quickly. I would highly recommend this app.

Thank you for your excellent support! I'm a Shopify beginner, so there are many things I don't understand, but they were willing to accept and solve even the most detailed requests. Also, I am Japanese, so I think I caused trouble with my poor English, but they patiently dealt with me. The functionality of the app is also great. I will continue to use this app.

Great customer support. I asked the Growave team to implement an advanced setting for my rewards system. Anna was super responsive, helpful, and transparent during the whole process, which is super important to me as a customer!

The app is very good and support is excellent and fast. I've uninstalled it because it makes it mandatory for customers to create an account, while I prefere to let them decide if they want to join the reward program (and create an account) or just purchase more quickly.

Very cool features came with this app. i really like those. However, the app navigation needs to be more user-friendly and should have more customization capabilities. Anyway the customer service is very helpful and they help me set up the app.

Easy to use and fantastic, fast customer service!! The customer service took the anxiety out of learning yet another Shopify app. Our customers are happy, too, that they don’t have to download anything or keep track of their points. We have an older demographic and it’s worked beautifully.

It's very great app! Very useful, there's a lot of function on it and really stable! And also the support team is so fast and quick response to resolve our problem! My shop is growing fast after I install Growaves app! especially for the Customer Tier. Our customer now will always re-purchase on our shop in a certain times to keep their Tier, points and rewards. It's really so obvious to feel the different after we use this app. Thank you Growaves :)

It is a very great app. Whenever I had any issues, I was able to contact the support team and they were able to resolve all issues quickly. Also, I used to use multiple apps, but thanks to this app I was able to consolidate them into one, which saved me a lot of money and I am very happy with it. 日本の方向けにも。 複数の機能を1個に集約でき大幅な節約ができます。 また、複数言語への対応もしっかりしているので安心して利用できると思います。 ただ、サポートは英語のみなのでそこだけ注意が必要です。

I checked every other app on the shopify app store and i keep on coming back to to growwave. I am super happy that i picked this app, it is working flawlessly. I just want to say the account manager Gera have been so wonderful. she has a lot of patience and very prompt on all my quiries. One of the best support staff I have met and I could not be more happier. She is always there when you need her

I used this app for over a year and it was a big mistake for our store. I would say that in the last year or so I received only a couple of reviews and I couldn't understand why. I changed from this provider to another and started getting reviews immediately. The cost of using this program is immeasurable to us.
