I'm not super tech-savvy, so being able to reach out to support for assistance has been very helpful. I like having all of these features within one app to retain loyal customers.

I love this app, it has so many great features that add so much to my store. I love that on each product you can show reviews as well as any instagram posts with the product tagged, I feel that this really helps customers trust the brand and product and feel more inclined to buy. Their customer service is also great, they respond to queries very quickly and are able to help resolve issues efficiently!

This app has opened the door to a lot of new possibilities for my business. We have a rapidly growing membership base and also able to collect reviews by giving the members a good incentive. The support team is also always super supportive and very fast to respond!

Amazing customer support team. They are very responsive, informative and friendly. This app has great features but would be even stronger with more control over member limits, filters and rules.

Got some issues with the icons not showing in the rewards menu, but after contacting customer support the problem was fixed. Great support and nice features!

This app does it all! We migrated our Loyalty program to Growave because they were able to provide Loyalty program, Wishlist, Reviews all in one app instead of having to manage 4 apps at the same time. Everything that we asked for, they delivered in less than 48 hours. Plus they are cheaper than any other app.

Since English is not the main language of our site, rewards, wishlists, and reviews programs have always been a big problem. However, Growave solved everything at once. I switched from Smile to Growave and everything went smoothly. Alex's customer service is great and super fast. And the development team took care of whatever I asked for. I definitely recommend this app!

Awesome app, supports almost all the rewards I wanted. Customer service is excellent, responsive and helpful. UI is friendly, easy to use and the price is reasonable. 5 stars highly recommended

We're a long-time merchant online but new to shopify interface. Have tested several apps and we'd say Growave is the BEST app and company on shopify. The app itself and the superb customer service and the extra miles they are willing to modify their app to suit our unique needs on our trial! Growave makes it easy to integrate highly effective tools that increase orders and engagement! Instead of having a bunch of apps to do these things Growave does it all for a fraction of the price! We had a few question about a few items and Alice was there to respond within seconds. All of the questions were thoroughly answered and we were further educated on some best practices. I am enjoying the cost benefit of having all the options for one low price. Ive had a couple of setup issues that were attended to quickly, however Im thinking my product page load speed has suffered as it takes some time to finish loading. Its not so bad because it still loads everything important quickly, but does does make my product pages look clunky.
