I've been using it for a week now, so far so good. Looks very promising. Easy to fidget around with. Got help from Alex when something wasn't clear and it was fixed in a whim!

Furious with this application and the customer service. Everything was fantastic in the beginning. They get you onboarded and treat you wonderfully until you're all in and everything is integrated. Then they don't give a damn about you. They have no respect or loyalty to their customers that have been with them for years. The app is littered with bugs. I don't even know where to start, so I will just leave it at that. WEEKS of wasted time troubleshooting and dealing with back and forth emails. So much money lost due to bugs allowing customers to repeatedly share my brand on social media and rack up thousands and thousands of points resulting in lost money for my business. Then they have the nerve to randomly increase the price by 50% out of nowhere and you're just stuck with it. They're like the new Netflix, but worse. I am totally stuck with this app because my customers are used to the rewards interface, and I can't find another app that has all of the same features. I simply don't have the bandwidth to work on multiple new application migrations and customer education on the new app. I feel like I am chained to this app and it's incredible defeating. :(

Had one of the worst experiences with this app. Couldn't even begin to describe the months of back and forth while we helped them solved coding issue, fix crucial bugs and glitches. There is WAY too many codes that Growave implements on your site, 30+. This causes website to be slow and the user experience to be horrible. We upgraded our theme and deleted all the Growave codes because we were going to delete the App. Somehow we noticed that there was Growave code in the new theme! How it got there is highly suspicious. We deleted that App immediately after that. Over all this app is very novice in terms of functionality.

As for the files, I'd like to kindly let you know that we only add the codes that help our features to work and function correctly on your website. Moreover, we only add them to the theme requested by the customers since we don't want to cause any errors and inconvenience from our end. Growave offers excellent support. Especially Alex among others who has been helping us with getting our website perfect. I have been using Growave for Reviews, Wishlist, Instagram Shopping, Social Login and Rewards. Definitely the most understanding support team that I have ever come across in this space. Growave as an app is good and integrates well with our theme. We of course would like some additional features, and Growave is working with us to accommodate this. I think if this keeps up we will definitely keep this app for the long haul. Thanks Growave!

Haven't implemented the app on our live store yet, but the customer service have been helpful. I will say there is a few delayed responses, but we usually get my problems solved.

I love this app, it has so many great features that add so much to my store. I love that on each product you can show reviews as well as any instagram posts with the product tagged, I feel that this really helps customers trust the brand and product and feel more inclined to buy. Their customer service is also great, they respond to queries very quickly and are able to help resolve issues efficiently!

I 100% recommend Growave! Their app is very easy to use and they are also willing to help me when I have any type of issue/ request. The thing I love most about Growave ( besides the customer service) is the wishlist. It let's me know which of my products really love them most and I use that information to create similar designs! Download this app and I'm sure you won't regret it!

We have nothing but good things to say about Growave and the team behind the app! We chose to move to Growave after wanting to limit the apps we had and cut down on costs. Just before the move, we were using smile.io for points, Judge.me for reviews, an Instagram feed app, and our native theme wishlist. So, we had 3 apps and a native wishlist that did not connect with each other, all which cost us a good chunk of change each month. Growave was suggested to us by our theme developer The4 which tied in nicely with the theme and really brought an all-in-one loyalty system to our website. The 3 biggest improvements for us were: 1. VIP Tiers for our rewards program - This feature costs $600 a month with the smile.io app, and we have it included in our $15 a month plan. I have not seen another app with VIP tiers at an affordable level, which is a huge selling point. 2. Points for tons of actions. With the smile.io app, we could only give points for simple tasks such as sharing to FB and Instagram. With Growave, we've been able to include two of the most important actions: Points for reviews and points for newsletter signup. Having these two actions as standard in our plan without having to pay for the higher cost plan is just awesome. 3. The reviews section is awesome and we can also now have a 'Shop Our Instagram' page where we can link products to photos and customers can purchase directly through that section. But the 3rd biggest improvement for us, and the one that really sold us, is the support team. I've been working with Tina and Alex for almost 3 weeks now, asking them to make minor changes and help me adjust the program to fit our needs. Each time I message in, they either fix it on the spot, or send the request to their development team who then makes the changes for me. We've talked daily going over a few things that I had questions on, and each time I was met with a positive attitude, funny conversations, and gifs in chat. They really go out of their way to make their customers happy, and this is how you create an awesome experience. I've even talked about Growave with a few business partners and responded to questions on Reddit when people are looking for a great rewards/review app. With the help of the entire Growave team, we've been able to seamlessly transfer all our customer's rewards points, all our reviews, and create an all-in-one program that is native to our website that looks as if it was built for us. No "We reward with XXXX" branding, no logos in the reward emails, and all customer side notifications can come from and email address you choose, rather than the email address of the app. It's truly been a great experience with these guys and we're happy to have made the jump and switch to Growave. If you're reading this, then test out the app for yourself and see what I'm talking about! You're gonna love it!

This app has opened the door to a lot of new possibilities for my business. We have a rapidly growing membership base and also able to collect reviews by giving the members a good incentive. The support team is also always super supportive and very fast to respond!
