Growave's customer support is very responsive and solves any issue easily. I can't say enough about their support. The app is rather easy to use and serves most of our needs except the Reviews feature. We are hoping the newly required upgrade will produce additional value to our business.

We've been using Growave for our Shopify store for quite some time now, and it has been a solid solution for managing our loyalty program, wishlists, and customer engagement. J'utilise Growave depuis maintenant plusieurs mois pour ma boutique en ligne, d'abors en Plan Free , puis Entry , je songe maintenant à passer au plan " Growth" , j'en suis très satisfaite, l'application est facile d'utilisation, très complète : j'apprécie beaucoup le fait qu'il y ai la liste d'envie ! Le gros + est la réactivité du service client ( moins d'une heure de délai un dimanche à 21 h ), les réponses apportées à mes questions sont plus que satisfaisante , je recommande +++++ Growave !

Very functional addition to our store. Works well for reviews and rewards and integrates with Shopify to allow customization in where and how reviews are shown on your page. Excellent quick responses from support! Would highly recommend.

This app provides all the core capabilities you need to create a loyalty program, and thereby drive more traffic, sales and social engagement. Their support is top-notch (in my experience much better than core Shopify support) and have gone above & beyond the call of duty for us repeatedly to aid in our implementation. Highly recommended!
