We initially started with HelpCenter to build a clean FAQ page, but over time we began using the helpdesk and chat features as well. Having everything connected, from email inbox to live conversations, has made support much easier to manage.

The FAQ and knowledge setup has been really useful. Customers can quickly find answers without reaching out, and that has reduced our support workload. Combined with the chatbot, it helps handle basic queries even when we are not actively online.

The ticketing system is clean and easy to manage. We can track every customer request without losing context, and the helpdesk makes it simple to assign and resolve queries. It has definitely improved how we handle support internally.

We added HelpCenter mainly for the FAQ section, but ended up using the ticket system too. It’s actually very easy to manage everything from one place. Reduced a lot of repeat questions for us.

We use this app for our FAQ. Recently (September 2025) it revised its permissions to request full access to all our customer and order data. This is insane. We have no desire to give this app such sensitive data, just to use a FAQ. Regretfully, we may have to uninstall this app and migrate our FAQ to another app. What a waste of time.

To clarify, the recent permission update does not give us access to view or use your customer or order data. The request was made because of technical changes in Shopify’s requirements, but HelpCenter app only uses the minimum information necessary to run its features, and your sensitive data is never accessed or shared. Très bonne application qui me permer de gérer les demandes clients en les assignant à différents agents ou en programmant des réponses automatiques avec des templates. J'ai aussi pu développer la FAQ sur ce meme outil, ainsi qu'un formulaire de contact. J'utilise cette appli depuis plusieurs années maintenant.

I use the app for the FAQ, the contact form, and the live chat; the product page tabs are not useful to me. I am starting a store, and the basic plan is more than sufficient to begin with. The support is very responsive, even late on Sunday evenings. Therefore, it is a very good, fully customizable application that I recommend to anyone looking for an FAQ, a contact form, and live chat, all in one, at an affordable price.
