At first, I was just delighted and then within a week, my app literally started saying "There was an error in the third-party application" which Google did not like on my site. I have been trying to contact these guys and nada so far. Now I wonder if all my text is now lost and I have to redo it again. Please fix these errors, we all want an easy app that just works. Thanks!

Pretty nice FAQs page, wish there was more customization but can't complain when it's free.

Really easy to use and a great setup. Only constructive criticism is that I wish you could re-order the main subjects. On my last update you could still only re-order the sub-sections, and any new main sections you have to add to the end. RARR Sportswear www.rarr.com

I had given these guys a horrible review 9 years ago, but it appears that they have changed quite a bit since then. I needed help this morning and got Caleb on live chat in about 30 seconds. He was extremely helpful and within about 10 minutes he got into my Shopify store and fixed my FAQ problem. He was very attentive and his communication with me was excellent. I highly recommend these guys!

Before HelpCenter we've made a deep research with possible solution that could handle tutorials content on our website. We build Shopify themes and Apps, so the documentation is essential and searching through search field of Shopify App store we've found this app. We've fully implemented on our Shopify App project www.sellersmith.com

Excellent app. I've been meaning to install something like this for a while, but didn't realise there were any free ones around. A feature I would like to see would be extra formatting options (extra fonts/sizes/colours/layout designs, etc) But considering it's free, I have no complaints!

This app was working quite well but now my customers aren't able to get past the Captcha to contact us, which is negatively effecting their experience. I have contacted support twice with no response. Edit: Support got back to me after a second email and have claimed they have fixed the issue. I did a couple tests and it seems to work again. Updated to 5 stars.
