It works, but was disappointed to find that once you make a menu/faq line title and want to modify the menu title, the URL link is fixed to the previous menu item name and cannot be changed unless you remake your entire faq page. This is confusing to the customer when they watch the URL bar on their browser and see a #URL that is totally different than where they think they are going. Example: Menu said DOG. Then you change the menu to CAT. The URL reads #DOG instead of #CAT, so the customer is very confused when they see #DOG and they think you are tricking them into going somewhere else.

Stay FAR AWAY from this app!! The developers pulled a bait and switch and now we are missing most of our FAQ on our LIVE website. There are many other great options out there. Do not use this crap app!!!!

Very simple to use and install. Makes managing your FAQ content a breeze. Not very customizable in terms of styling YET (think it's coming) but Tomas is super responsive and helpful with any specific changes you might need...

This is a great app! It was just what I needed. Easy to install and even easier to use. I had a small styling issue but the support staff attended to it immediately and at no cost. Very glad I found this app and installed it. Big thumbs up to them!
