It's a very easy-to-use app and very convenient. Also, the support is very kind and answers all your questions politely. If you're thinking about selling in BtoB, I definitely recommend it.

App is not working as expected. Support only available through "in-shopify-mail" (no reply so far). By coincidence I messaged their support software because it is linked on the bottom of their app (why would you link them?). UPDATE: I never received that mail.

Amazing App for Payment Control! Hidepay is a game-changer! I use it to hide Klarna for orders with longer fulfillment times and for high-ticket items where I want to avoid paying 4-5% commission to certain payment providers. The app works flawlessly and has saved me a lot of hassle and fees. The customer support is absolutely incredible! I had trouble setting it up initially, but their team stepped in and resolved everything within minutes. And the best part? All of this for the cost of a cup of coffee per month! If I had to sum it up in one word: AMAZING!

We've been using HidePay for months to reorder payment methods, hide some of payments based on certain conditions. So far the app works perfectly. The support team is very helpful and quick in case we need help. Strongly recommend this app for checkout payment customisation.

We downloaded this app primarily to remove PayPal Express from our checkout without removing PayPal altogether as a payment method. The small configuration issue that occurred was very quickly solved by Fabio, who provided great support. I recommend this app for customising your payment offer in the checkout and cart.
