Good, helpful support. Had a few issues with integrating, but all fixed and now runs smooth. Have still not worked out how to have the upsell on a product page as opposed to checkout. I would also like a more customer friendly format to seeing more than one offer at the checkout.

We used this app for in-cart and product listing upsells and have seen great success! We had requested specific modifications to each upsell offer and the support team was always quick to respond and implement all the requests we had. Glad we went with this app!

Easy to navigate & simple design. It would be great if there was more depth with the does/does not include rules, as this can be quite limiting.

Works well for the most part but has been a bit buggy on our custom theme. We have had some issues with promotions displaying where they shouldn't or continuing to display once they have been paused/deleted. Support is always quick and very helpful though.

This app works really well and support is FANTASTIC! It does exactly what we want it to do upsell-wise, although the options are not super friendly and you lack some design options, the support makes up for it and really gives their effort to help you to the max of their ability. KEVIN has been of great assistance! Without his assistance, this app is a 3/5, but with his assistance it is 5/5 no doubt-give-him-a-raise-please. His explanation is great, his result was spot on -> Even better than expected, and respond time is good too! Go for it, you won't regret it

Very useful app with reasonable pricing. We've seen an uplift of a particular product we wanted to push at check-out, and the customer service and technical support from Kevin was very quick and helpful.

Keep having issues with the analytics. Customer support states that they are working on "updates". This has been going on for 3ish months, still not fixed. Reached out multiple times and literally got the same response each time as if their response was copy and pasted. Not happy with the support team.

Great technical supports! I contacted them while I had an unknown issue with the banner not showing on cart page. They replied in a fast turnaround time in email with a detailed solution. It is very simple to follow, and very helpful. My problem has been solved.

This APP has a great service team, very helpful. They always help us to solve the problem and also help us to redesign the layout and look for the website. Compared with other upsell apps, they did a way better job.

This is a great app to start offering additional in app sales or offers in the product page or cart page. They also have very responsive customer service even in their free version.

We switched from the debut to turbo theme and had difficulties transitioning. After reaching out to support, issue was almost IMMEDIATELY resolved! Great customer services and an even better product. Our sales have drastically increased since we began using this feature added to our checkout process.
