Great technical supports! I contacted them while I had an unknown issue with the banner not showing on cart page. They replied in a fast turnaround time in email with a detailed solution. It is very simple to follow, and very helpful. My problem has been solved.

We were looking for a simple up-sell option that did not cost a lot as we started our business. It was very simple to add this up-sell to our checkout experience. When we had a problem They were very responsive and helpful. This is a great option to add to your website. Thanks you guys and gals!

This APP has a great service team, very helpful. They always help us to solve the problem and also help us to redesign the layout and look for the website. Compared with other upsell apps, they did a way better job.

This is a great app to start offering additional in app sales or offers in the product page or cart page. They also have very responsive customer service even in their free version.

We switched from the debut to turbo theme and had difficulties transitioning. After reaching out to support, issue was almost IMMEDIATELY resolved! Great customer services and an even better product. Our sales have drastically increased since we began using this feature added to our checkout process.

Not sure what happened. We have used this app successfully for years (since 2017) and then in the fall of 2020 we started experiencing issues with our offers not showing. Contacted support and it took over a week to get our offers back on line. It worked for a while and now the same thing is happening again. Sent 2 requests to support for help and radio silence for almost a week. Had to find an alternate and uninstall. Would not have moved on if the program just kept working as before. My guess is that they have changed something in the code that makes it incompatible with some installations and they have not found the ghost. It was a great app when it worked ! Updated.... it would appear that In Cart Upsell has rebranded and has a new pricing structure. Not sure if this has anything to do with the app not working on our site after several years, but it does appear that new customers are having better success with both functionality and support. If this is a shedding of customers on the old pricing structure, shame on you... "you dance with the one that brung ya"!

Used this app to create an upsell offer in our pop out cart. It didn't look right at first but the support was super quick and helped me to get it to match my store's branding.

This app is definitely worth it. It makes us more money than it costs. Customer service is amazing. They customized the design just how I wanted it and so that looks like a native part of the page. I give this page one star less than the top rating because the back end has to stay quite simple. I struggle with creating really smart offers. I have set it so that my top upsell products get displayed at any time. Easy

We have been a loyal user of this app for several years. However, there has been an issue linked to this app (cart page will not update when item is deleted/increased units/decreased units). We reached out to support twice in the past week and there has been a lack of any feedback. update: Support is kind to get back after I left this review and help look into issues in our store despite it not being the app's concern.
