The Customer support is really excellent. Answering real quick and solving any issue we get. The app offers multiple settings and customizations. The only thing missing here is an easy control of the offer's price.

I like this app very much and the customer service is fast and reliable. We use several of its features and best of all the add to cart pop ups work and are a great added tool to us and our customers.

I really like that this app is in-cart and not a pop-up, and that there is a free plan for single offers - brilliant for small businesses getting up and running. But, the very best thing about it is the helpful and responsive support team!

The app integrated easily with our theme and offers great options for in-cart upselling. The support team was amazing with answering any questions I had when updating styling to make the upsell look native.

Amazing Upsell App! We use it in our drawer cart, cart page and it looks/works great. We just added it to our product page as well. The team is incredibly helpful and very responsive. We highly recommend ICU

Well, honestly say, I've used "In Cart Upsell" and removed it, but now I find no other good upsell APP is easy to use as "In Cart Upsell", so I add the APP again---it supports offer showing on both product page & cart page now. Many other upsell APP can just show up on the "thank you" page after the customer finishes the order. And "IN CART UPSELL" is also highly-responsive to any issue. Strong recommend!

App does what it says and is inexpensive. Has definitely contributed to a load of upsells that wouldn't have happened without it. We recently had a an issue with the setup wizard not working with our theme, but support was fast and helpful and was resolved within 24 hours.

This app is great! Been using it for many months now and it has provided a ton of upsells. It's easy to use and does what it says. Support is easy to get a hold of when needed. It's not the fanciest and the dashboard is simple, but who cares. It makes us more revenue and that's the name of the game. Use this app.

I use this app to offer free samples in cart/ minibag & not for upsell/ cross sell. It does exactly what we need it to & works well. It's customizable so you can get close to your stores theme in regards to appearance. The customer service is also AMAZING!! Anytime an issue arises or I need help editing code to make it even better, the team always fixes it within a few hours [during normal business hours]. I definitely recommend.

So far so good. Some issues with billing showing a usage fee (Shopify's fault, not InCart's) that caused and continues to cause some problems with our accounting software.

Great APP that keeps getting better. The customer service is 5 star. I had a few setup questions and Jevon had them fixed within an hour. If you are looking for an upsell app, I definitely recommend this one.
