Excellent app. Super customisable to fit any store and the support staff always reply within a few hours when they're needed (which isn't often).

I used the free plan for a couple months and based on the stats provided, the app definitely is beneficial in terms of up selling prior to check out. I've now enrolled in the paid plan to see how their Autopilot, Using Artificial Intelligence works out over the next few weeks. My only complaint is with their stats. It includes any item added to cart using their app, BUT not actual purchases. So if customers add items, but don't actually buy, In Cart Upsell's stats still shows this as revenue earn, when in fact it wasn't. This can be very misleading. Other than this, it's a great app!

The app is OKAY. The company lowered pricing ($10/mth) for new customers but didn't let existing customers know of the change and have continued to charge $10/mth more for several months. When asked to refund the difference, simply refused and asked if we wanted to move to the 'new' plans that offer the exact same services just $10 cheaper. Lost yourself at least one customer with that kind of dodgy practices! Bye! UPDATED 1 STAR TO 3 STARS Initial support was particularly poor until I left a bad review. Since then I've been in contact with the Ops Manager who's been far more accomodating and offered an explanation as to why I wasn't moved over to the cheaper pricing after 6 months of overcharging as well as credit me for the overcharge. In my opinion, customers should have been contacted that services were being offered at a cheaper rate to at least provide us with the option, that failing, they should have had customer service offer the credit straight away. They've responded 10/10 to the initial negative review and provided me with everything needed, however, the problems shouldn't have happened in the first place so 3/5 stars it is.

We try to take care of every user of our app 100% - and I am here to do that for you. Just so you have more info on this - about 6 months ago, we changed our pricing structure to where people are now billed based on their "Shopify Plan" level (rather than choosing from various plans within our app). Some users now must pay more, and others pay less (based on what Shopify plan they use). In your case, you are eligible to pay less... So I am happy to credit back the difference for you, plus offer a special deal going forward. I have emailed you directly about that. Can I do those things for you? Update: this app is still great and I can highly recommend it. Service always quick and exact. I have been using this app for almost a year now. It has been a real "win". Definite sales increase each and every month. And support team has been very proactive and amazingly helpful. I can highly recommend IN CART UPSELL. Just had a small issue and the team fixed it very quickly. Well done

I've been only using the app for a day or so but had an issue with the popup showing up, I sent a short email to their team and IN MINUTES had a response and the issue was quickly fixed by their team, Literally in disbelief as to how fast it was resolved. Great App, easy to use and to start with. We use the free-version which offers one product at the time, but considering changing to an upgradet version too. Quick and helpful support, good basic ways to display the offer in the cart. Cannot ask for more!

We're really happy by this app' Really easy to install and setting up. We can change in a few minutes the items we want to push and that works. Customers add the items we suggest in their cart. Support Team is really helpful in a really short notice!!

I like flexibility in types of upsells. It’s intuitive once you get the hang of it. It works well with Shopify discounts. The first time I set one up I saw it quickly increase sale amount. Customer service has very good turnaround times and quickly addresses my questions.
