Hello! This is Sean, the Customer Success Manager for In Cart Upsell. Thanks for your feedback. Sounds like you would like the free plan to NOT have the "Powered by In Cart Upsell" message at the bottom of the free offer option? I hear you. However please know that ANY company that offers a free plan includes some kind of messaging - whether it's an online website builder tool or an online store. Even massive online services like Shopify or Wordpress include a messaging in their free plans... so while I hear you, please remember that we make ZERO dollars for all our MANY free users. So the little bit of branding helps us to recoup the costs of taking up costly space on our servers and paying our support teams to still give you free support. That said, I can offer you a free 30-day trial of our basic paid plan (instead of 7)? That would give you 30 days to make sure that the upsell/cross-sell box is seeing more than the return on investment needed to pay for the basic plan... Would that help? Anything that we can do for you to convince you to either remove this review, or give us more stars? 1-star reviews REALLY hurt our ranking on the app store :( It would be sincerely appreciated. Does the job when you want to up-sell a product or offer, and fantastic customer service response so far. However, the customization is a bit tricky so it requires a bit of trial and error to get the design right. Also, I believe there is quite some work to be done on the app's analytics/data to show actual figures vs "potential revenue".
Hello! This is Sean, the Customer success manager here. Thanks for taking the time to leave us this review! We will certainly take your feedback regarding customization being tricky and work on that. Regarding analytics on how your offers are performing, I'm afraid that due to Shopify restrictions regarding levels of developer access to the checkout page, our app can't track how many actual sales were completed on your store - we can only track how many times a customer on your store used the offer box to add one or more items into your cart (and what the total value of those items upsold were). So we can track everything up into the checkout page, but we can't track whether a customer actually finished checkout (making it an official sale). I hope that makes sense? And again, that is an unfortunate Shopify restriction that we can't work around :( If you have any suggestions for us otherwise, we'd love to hear them! We love feedback like this, because it helps us to know what to improve with our app next! Thanks so much. PS - If you are willing to bump this up to 5 stars, we would be so grateful! Great app and excellent customer support. Easy to install and videos are very helpful. Highly recommend this app, upsell's definitely increase AVO, just look at the statistics. The app is an asset, not a liability! It makes you money.

Ben is very helpful! He helped me tested and solved the issue I had, very good customer service. The app crashes in mobile view on iPhone such as Chrome and other browser time to time, and Ben scheduled a meeting with me to solve the issue.

This app is incredible and has made me hundreds of dollars in profit monthly ! There support is also outstanding and has went above and beyond to help me with issues on my store on a Friday even though the issue had nothing to do with their app in the first place , they still fixed the problem for me. I highly recommend this app !
