Terrible application, it doesn't work and the customer service people always respond the same as they are in development

Not typically a review guy, but the customer service for this app is incredible. I was testing a few upsell apps and I'm sticking with this one because the service is so good. Means a lot to get immediate help : )

We needed a very specific solution for a cart pop-up. This app works perfectly and even lets us run A/B tests on different messages/buttons. Very intuitive and easy to set up. When I needed something a bit specific Lasandra was extradinary in her speed of response and efficiency in getting it done for me. A clean "5 star" rating!!!

I was looking for a cart upsell app that used the native theme ajax cart. This app worked perfectly. The customer service team helped implement everything I was looking for and even customized our CSS to match our store. At first the bundle promos displayed a little slow, but with a simple line of code added to our theme they display instantly. Amazing app and support. Thanks.

Useful app that is easy to get set-up. The autopilot doesn't always offer the ideal matching item but if you create the correct offers yourself then you'll be fine, customer support is very helpful and quick too.

The app was easy to install and the support team was very responsive and willing to help with customization. However, we had issues with the app affecting our page loading speed, and conversion was very low. Ultimately, we decided that the moderate amount of increased sales was not worth the site speed hit and uninstalled the app.
