Best customer experience i've had in a long time. I wanted to personalized to my theme my add-on suggestion but didn't know much about CSS. I reached out for help and they personalized it exactly to my theme for me. Thanks again!

i encounter a problem on setting up an offer. but the costumer support is superb. it took a bit but we finally got it working perfectly. regarding the app itself. ones we pinpoint the issue. it works like a charm. easy to use and navigate

I can't say enough about the support assistance I just had with Dennis. Someone added this app to my website just yesterday, but it was not complete and I needed it up and running asap for a new platform launch. Had a great experience with their support team on initial set up. I found the videos a little unclear and the support call was easy to schedule same day and they took tremendous care to help set the app to meet our design needs as well as run the code to allow it to look seamless on our site wherever the cart is. My service call was with Lasandra and she was great!

This was the only app I could find that did exactly what I wanted. It was able to only show my add-on item for the products I wanted it to. Support was excellent. I changed my theme which stopped the app working. They fixed it within 1 hour. I would recommend it to anyone.

Quick and easy to use. Great support. I recently had an issue and received a reply to my email query within in minutes. My problem was resolved (it was my own fault in the end) and I'm on my way again with in record time.

I've been using the "InCart Upsell" app for about 6 months now. Initially, it seemed to meet my needs, but recent issues have entirely marred my experience. For about two weeks, whenever the app's offer is displayed, my website's screen goes completely black, rendering navigation absolutely impossible for my customers. It's a real nightmare for an online store owner to witness such a bug, especially knowing the value of every single visitor. Beyond this major glitch, I'd like to highlight that the installation of the app on the theme is far from intuitive. I spent a lot of time figuring out the process, mainly because there's no tutorial provided to guide users. For a paid app, this is simply unacceptable. But the most frustrating point remains the customer service. Every time I've attempted to address the issue, I've been given the same answer: "The issue will be resolved." Two weeks later, I'm still waiting for a solution, while my customers encounter a black screen and my conversion rate plummets drastically. I'm genuinely disappointed and can't recommend this app in its current state. I hope the developer takes this feedback seriously and works swiftly to improve the user experience.
Hi Ecolife, We're so sorry that you've had this experience. The issue you are facing is specific to the Safari browser. When your cart drawer opens it displays a cart overlay screen which should disappear after the drawer is closed. That action works seamlessly for Chrome, Opera, MS Edge, and Firefox events while our offers are being displayed. Debugging an issue like this takes a good amount of time, we recommend that you reach out to your theme developer who can investigate how the cart drawer overlay reacts with Safari compared with other browsers. Regarding the installation flow, we will be implementing an entirely new process for the application which will make this much easier and more intuitive. That said, we do provide helpdocs and offer free onboarding sessions with our customer support team. Again, we’re very sorry for the experience that you’ve had and are committed to making this right. Additionally, while we do recommend that you reach out to your theme developer as the most effective next step, we will continue to investigate the issue on our side and contact you if we are able to resolve it on behalf of the the theme developer.
Not typically a review guy, but the customer service for this app is incredible. I was testing a few upsell apps and I'm sticking with this one because the service is so good. Means a lot to get immediate help : )

We needed a very specific solution for a cart pop-up. This app works perfectly and even lets us run A/B tests on different messages/buttons. Very intuitive and easy to set up. When I needed something a bit specific Lasandra was extradinary in her speed of response and efficiency in getting it done for me. A clean "5 star" rating!!!
