Nos gusta bastante, se trabaja cómodo solo que sería mucho mejor poder enviar archivos adjuntos, no sé porqué nosotros no podemos hacerlo.

I receive an email notice as soon as somebody visits the webpage and leaves a comment. It works!

It does what it says on the tin, there are occasions I do miss the messages, but I'm not sure if that's my end of Shopify's but on the whole communication is good.

Wish this didn't open a new tab in your browser but it works well. Easy to use.

It is not a shopify inbox issue per se but too many persons message me offering services instead of actual potential customers. Besides that, it is a good product.

It's great and native to Shopify (obviously). Only request would be more customisation options (custom fonts / CSS etc) in the website widget.
