E' gratis e ti arriva la notifica via email quando ricevi una richiesta.

I like the mobile app, I would give it 5 stars except the notifications take too long to clear, making me return over and over again to see the same message.

Customers can get in touch with us quickly letting us resolve issues promptly. We can also give them discounts because of problems or show products that may be a good substitute if they are dissatisfied with a purchase.

je recommande cette application, parce que les messages sont rapides et securises. Mais jaurais voulu l option de pouvoir traduire les messages en d autres langues

it is fast and quick

Nos gusta bastante, se trabaja cómodo solo que sería mucho mejor poder enviar archivos adjuntos, no sé porqué nosotros no podemos hacerlo.

I'm very pleased with the Shopify Inbox Chat, I've tried others and not liked how they work. The integration with the website & customer info is seamless. I've seen it improve customer communication and help complete sales.

Excelente plataforma para conectar con leads o personas interesadas en comprar. Rapido y con notificaciones. Las repuestas se valoran demasiado, mas aun que puedes adjuntar productos de forma muy facil. Me encanta
