So far, it is working perfectly. I would like it to have a feature to be able to delete the old conversations, hopefully they will add this in the future.

This app is a boon to non-programmers, particularly with the AI supplemented Help Centre. It seems to handle most product sale situations and provides prompts and assistance with marketing. It sure beats the hell out of other non-programmer type software that is not specifically built for sales.

My favourite feature is all the customers cart info, order history is right there at your fingertips! No need to go into there profile or ask them for a screenshot of there cart. Great customer service app!!
