It's easy to use, and easy to communicate with customers. It's also easy to see from Shopify's back office when there are messages waiting.

We've been using this for a couple of months, and it's been working really well for us. I look forward to them adding AI to respond to some of the questions.

It is nicely integrated, but sometimes hard to locate/remember where to find on the dashboard - desktop, mobile, inbox - so I can reply.
