Ça marche super bien, aucun problème. C'est super pratique pour mon entreprise et ça rajoute de la confiance à mes prospects et clients. Par contre, maintenant je fais mon site en plusieurs langues et les questions /réponses automatiques ne sont pas traduites avec l'application de traduction, seulement l'intro de la messagerie, ce qui est un peu dommage. Ça serait bien de trouver une solution à cela rapidement.

Used the app a few years ago and wasn't happy with the customization. Those issues have since been fixed. Using it again now and pleased with the functionality.

Works well with phone app. With notifications on, I can answer customers quickly and efficiently .

Very simple setup and usage, I get notifications immediately on my phone when a customer contacts me, and has led to sales.
