We've been using this for a few months now. This has been effective at engaging customers and answering questions. We've had at least 30 conversations (a meaningful number for our store), and the app has worked well.

Incredibly easy to use! Super user friendly interfacing that has allowed not only us as the seller, a better experience, but our customers as well. Makes transactions a breeze!

Shopify Inbox is a game-changer! It’s super easy to use, with all the features you need to simplify customer interactions. The fact that it integrates directly with Shopify makes life so much easier—it’s straight-up conversations without the hassle of overcomplicated CRMs or extra bells and whistles. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to boost their customer service!

"I have to say that the support I received from Shopify was exceptional. It can be really challenging to manage everything on my own, but their assistance was incredibly valuable. They helped me understand the functionality of Shopify's Inbox Chat app, which is a free alternative to one of my paid apps that serves the same purpose. In essence, I received free support for a new app and was able to save money by discontinuing an old app. Overall, it was a great experience."
