Inbox has grown over the years, and now is a fully functioning way of communicating with customers. Plus it has a location function in the customer profile section, so you can tell if you're dealing with scammers

Easier communication with customers especially that they feel it's a faster way to reach the store owner without the need of writing an email

I really like it, I like that I can see all of the customer's history when they contact us and the ease of the app is awesome too!
