Its extremely convenient being attached to all of the order history. I also enjoy getting the phone notificatications - it allows me to be extremely attentive. Love the phone alerts, keeps me in touch with my customers

It's a good spot to interact with customers. Can be a little cumbersome when not immediate and it flips to emailing.

Fully enjoying the Inbox app, love the shortcut that allows me to quickly open the customer's account and the notifications that shows what the customers last activity was, ie. added an item to their cart. removed an item etc. Can't wait to see what else will be added in the future.

Shopify inbox is an excellent sales channel to maintain the comunication in a real time with costumer

My experience was great. But, i would suggest it may appear on the app too for smoother experience.
