At the present time I have only used it one time, so don't have a opion either way yet. But it looks like I will like it going forward.

New to it but so far, easy to use and very handy for customers to get in touch!

It is nicely integrated, but sometimes hard to locate/remember where to find on the dashboard - desktop, mobile, inbox - so I can reply.

L'app è sicuramente interessante, ma a volte il sync con l'app sul telefono non funziona perfettamente. Sarebbe inoltre consigliabile vedere dove il cliente si trova all'interno dello shop per poterlo adeguatamente consigliare.

Buona integrazione e miglioramenti continui, tuttavia lenta nella sincronizzazione dei messaggi tra differenti dispositivi
