Die App ist übersichtlich und erfüllt ihren Zweck. Das einzige was stört, ist die kleine 1 die nie weggeht, auch wenn keine Nachricht da ist.

Not bad, but not perfect. For some reason, I didn't receive a notification for one client request.

Shopify Inbox is very useful. I like that you can set parameters for auto-replies when you are not around to answer immediately such as customers asking questions in the middle of your night.

This app is great and our customers find it very useful too! I was initially a little unsure about it asking for their email addresses at the start of the chat, but it has allowed positive follow up when we've missed a question and also further information later on, when it's required, and that can only be good :)

It's doing its job. however it could be smarter now that we are in the AI age. There are 3rd party apps that are much better and can act as agents with pre and post purchase support. The existing AI replies are 99% just wrong and seems like it doesn't learn from previous correspondence but rather just collects data from the product pages which is not enough.

At the present time I have only used it one time, so don't have a opion either way yet. But it looks like I will like it going forward.
