Shopify Inbox har økt antall bestillinger og sikret oss flere som ellers vi hadde mistet. Ser også at når vi er raskere til å svare så stiger bestillingene. Derfor prioriterer vi nå Shopify Inbox. Rask implementering og enkel å bruke. Also see that when we are quicker to respond, the orders rise. That's why we now prioritize Shopify Inbox. Fast implementation and easy to use. Glad we started as soon as the proposal appeared. A fantastic in-site messenger service. Fully customizable, and really easy to use and assign. Recommended.

I really appreciate this app; however, I'd like more customization options. Specifically, the ability to upload a profile picture for customer service, add gradients or backgrounds to the chat window, and incorporate a notification sound for incoming messages would be greatly beneficial. I'm looking forward to future updates with more innovative features!
