Super easy to navigate, answer customer questions and locate the order their inquiring about.

This is easy to set up and easy to use. Customers seem more likely to ask questions since we've been using the Shopify Inbox app. This means we can engage with them about their questions or concerns and they're more likely to purchase.

Perfecto para preguntas rápidas ya hechas y que suelen preguntar mucho los clientes. Evitando gastar mucho tiempo en contestar a todas una sola persona. Puedes contestar cuando quieras y le avisan por correo electrónico. Todo genial de momento. Llevo 1 mes con la app y genial.

Works, well integrated with the shop easy to use, great for the customers as all the information is embedded within the platform, so you can see much of the consumer interactions and journeys.
