Es súper práctica para atender sobre la marcha consultas de clientes. Creo que esta inmediatez y cercanía son muy apreciadas por las personas, y mejoran su experiencia de usuario de la tienda. La app funciona muy bien tanto en pc/portátil como en móvil (IPhone). La recomiendo 100%.

I like the inbox app a lot - I can use it from my browser or from my phone so even when I'm on the go I can chat with customers! I set an away message but unfortunately it's so awesome and sounds like me that my customers sometimes reply to me like I'm actually starting a conversation but that's something I'm just going to have to figure out!
