This is easy to set up and easy to use. Customers seem more likely to ask questions since we've been using the Shopify Inbox app. This means we can engage with them about their questions or concerns and they're more likely to purchase.

So far so good. Allows customers to voice questions or comments and we can respond very quickly.

Perfecto para preguntas rápidas ya hechas y que suelen preguntar mucho los clientes. Evitando gastar mucho tiempo en contestar a todas una sola persona. Puedes contestar cuando quieras y le avisan por correo electrónico. Todo genial de momento. Llevo 1 mes con la app y genial.

Ha sido un gran descubrimiento y me sigue sorprendiendo, agradezco que sean tan innovadores y apliquen su evolucion para beneficio de los usuarios
