inbox还有的缺陷是在编辑信息框里，在有字符的前面不能使用enter段落符，还有不能在当前的信息页继续编辑信息框，因为会自动跳到最底部的信息页面才能继续编辑信息。我们通常需要按照跟客户之前的回复信息，再进行编辑信息。但是如果自动跳到最底部的话，就需要重新翻看之前的聊天记录
