It works very well. I love that I can set the available hours and that I receive an email when someone submits a question.

The app is great! Very user-friendly, easy to manage, super helpful data like the page the customer is looking at, customer profile, order history, items in cart, etc.

I love the chat feature! It really helps to convert sales and I feel that it helps my customers to feel that they can trust that my tiny little business is legit and trustworthy and that it gives them confidence that they won't get scammed.
