Very easy to use. The notification settings work perfectly to keep your response times low. The automation settings are easy to use and fully customizable.

We've been using this app for about a year now. It's simple and straight forward to set, and easy for our team to manage and interact with customers on our website. It has all the tools needed making it chatting with customers an easy task. Highly recommended. The only complaint, and I'm nitpicking, is the agent's avatar which doesn't display on the front end. It would be great if the avatar of the agent taking the call could be displayed on the chat instead of the smiley face to make the interaction more personal. Other than that, we love it.
