We've been using this app for about a year now. It's simple and straight forward to set, and easy for our team to manage and interact with customers on our website. It has all the tools needed making it chatting with customers an easy task. Highly recommended. The only complaint, and I'm nitpicking, is the agent's avatar which doesn't display on the front end. It would be great if the avatar of the agent taking the call could be displayed on the chat instead of the smiley face to make the interaction more personal. Other than that, we love it.

I love Shopify Inbox - it's a valuable tool for my business. I've turned many inquiries into sales because it's so instant.
Shopify Inbox is helpful. It makes it easy for the potential customer to ask questions about the product. You have a better chance of converting them and making the sale.
I love this app! I like knowing when I can't shat right away it comes directly to inbox and I can respond that way and they will receive an inbox message.
Good. Notification could be louder.
